Food is delicious and I had BBQ with my group. You can also order the food from downstairs if you would like.

Always a good time dining at marubang KBBQ although it is towards the pricey side.

Food was alright. Service was ok. Could be much better .

The food was great, however service was slow.. had to wait at the door to be seated as there were only 2 waitress on a Saturday night. Have heard a lot about the pork dishes and was not disappointed.

Their meal sets are the best value items on the menu, but their seafood pancakes are delicious too. Only get the meal sets if you like pork, because there is a lot of it. The salad with pork hock has a very strong mustard sauce, but is fine if you don't take too much of the liquid at the bottom. The place is frequented by Koreans, so I would assume they think the food is good and authentic.

Loved it. Waitresses were very friendly and service was quick. Food was delicious, would definitely go again. Jokbal was especially delicious. If you're not accustomed to eating Korean food, just be careful of the seafood, as some of the seafood dishes are raw and the fermented skate/hongeo is definitely an acquaired taste.

Food is good as usual and service is fast and efficient. Only drawback is we are the first customers and we asked for more of their potato banchan after we finished our first serve and they said no more! Rather disappointing.

It was not bad but couldn't bring a spark of joy at the moment. The most famous Korean dish item, Kimchi, was not offering the taste of original crisp and sour flavour.(ashamed) And the side dishes were felt like to be knot in a Korean style, kinna a bit Manchurian one. Wish it can be better next time.

The restaurant was very busy when we went two years ago. It was very quiet for our recent visit. The food is still ok and service too. Another option of Korean food if you want to try another option other than BBQ.

Food was excellent especially the Korean pancakes and chicken soup. The only disappointment is with the ordering procedure. The person who took our order was busy getting the takeaways ready that she forgot our drinks and tofu order. She don't write the orders down on a piece of paper and don't delegate jobs to other serving staff. They really need to change their operating procedures.

Overall it was a good meal. Ordered the dinner set menu to share and it was worth it.

One of my favourite Korean restaurant, always go there for their bossam.

The is the second time we been to Marubang. We are in love with their jokbal and pork marrow bones soup!!! Simple and delicious!!!

This is the best Korean restaurant among other Korean restaurant. Friendly staff. Good price. And the food was really delicious. Definitely will come again. I like the raw spicy crab, Bossam and Jokbal.

Great food. Very different from the normal Korean BBQ. No mess no smoky clothes afterwards. The pork we ordered was fantastic. Haven’t had such great food for a long time. Definitely will go back and tried the other dishes.

As the first Jokbal (braised pork hock) and Bossam (braised pork belly) specialist restaurant in Perth 🇰🇷🐷, Marubang proudly offers a very authentic and unique dining experience, focuses on quality over quantity by having a small menu. Their meats are delivered and cooked fresh daily 👌, especially jokbal and bossam as they are only prepared on the daily prediction of business. The marinated raw prawns 🦐 were very interesting! Soy sauce acted as curing agent, leaving prawn flesh transparent, plump, soft and delicate. The sauce included chilli, sesame seeds and a bit of sesame oil from what I could taste 🌶. If you weren't used to eating prawn shells, there were gloves to keep your hands clean-ish while deshelling. One thing is that you gotta devein the prawns as you go so if you can get over that, you'll love this. I'm used to eat whole prawns so intestinal tracts don't bother me 😎, and I certainly can eat these guys with a bowl of hot rice everyday! Bossam is a braised pork belly dish 🐷, served with kimchi, raw garlic, ssamjang (wrap sauce), saeu-jeot (salted shrimp), and an assortment of raw vegetables 🌶🦐. Our pork belly was extremely tender and cut into thick slices. To eat, the meat and side dishes are wrapped together in vegetables such as romaine lettuce, red leaf lettuce, carrots, cucumber, pickled cabbage and pickled radish 🌿🥕🥒. I find without carrots and cucumber it was more enjoyable as I could taste the pork flavour without getting distracted by crunchy veggies. But each to their own! I personally love how the tables are really big, even the two-seated ones. Marubang understand that because Korean food comes with a lot of side dishes, having big tables would make the dining experience more comfortable! And they open till 1am everyday, except Sundays, that's also sooo Korean

Was different from other Korean BBQ restaurant. Food was good and yum. The jokbal, bossam and pancakes are my favourite. Service was good and did enjoy the night.

High recommended Korean restaurant in the heard of Northbridge. Foods are yummy at reasonable price. They have a nice environment that you can hang out with friends and the staff are friendly too.

the shop is clean and good size. staffs are kind and quickly responding to the order and request. the food is good and yummy but is a bit small even with large size.

Great food, especially kimchi. But would love it if they put that on the side dish menu too. Understand that it’s for free but since it’s free, we hestitated to order more.

The food is very nice. The price is very reasonable with such a big portion of dish. They are the only restaurant does the white kimchi soup, yummy! Definitely will go again!
