We had the best time! Such great location! Beachfront and you could even her the ocean. Drinks and food was amazing!

Hi guys, the venue is lovely but I think you need a more effective way of cooling it. It felt really stuffy in our area by the bar, as if more windows needed to be opened (except there weren't any)/ceiling fans would help in lieu of AC. Also, the bar tenders didn't know how to make some of the cocktails on the menu and had to remake ours twice at the bar.

The place is beautiful, the food was very good, I just thought it was small, the sound was a little loud, overall I liked it and would rate it 8

Very busy and noisy. Booked early in advance hoping to get a table outside. This didn’t happen. The line at the bar was very long and slow.

Couldn’t really get food at glass house so we went downstairs to Hotel Steyne.

Terrible customer service. Told wrong info ordering then got apology when too late. No kids option on menu. No roast dinner. Food ordered average.

The food was great, kudos to the chef! Music was good! In terms of service from front of house, not as attentive as we’d have expected, but the food made up for it.

Falsely advertised happy hour on website. Staff were friendly but did nothing to appease the issue. Phone did not connect prior to booking. Lovely space but overall unimpressed with how staff dealt with the problem.

The glasshouse has great style and decor, comfortable seating arrangements and ideal for big groups. The kitchen and service however let us all down... noone to seat us, limited staff around for most of our stay (unless hoovering around the kitchen chatting counts). The food was so poorly made and arrived very late, if at all! We ordered a basic 4 ingredient salad which took 45 minutes which presented a massive ball sack of an Octopus head, something of which that would require a steak knife if you were brave enough to eat!! We ended up with more refund receipts than purchased ones.

Our table was placed next to a DJ booth and it was far too loud!!

Lovely, great little view from top balcony Just felt food selection could have had more on offer and kitchen closed a little to early.

Great atmosphere and yummy cocktails. Perfect place for a catch-up
