Midam Korean Charcoal BBQ

The restaurant looked understaffed. There didn't seem to have any organisation of who was the kitchen staff or wait staff. They just gave us the menu which said "temporary menu" and left with no explanation how this restaurant serves. My understanding before this was it was an all you can eat service, so I was left lost at what I was suppoded to do. It is not the customers job to know what is expected due to the Covid management without any instructions. The staff were not helpful and not nice and did not seem to be able to communicate at all with customers. We pressed the service button more than 6 times and no one still came to the table to help us. I had to actually stop the staff to come and even when he did, he was rude. The staff looked bothered being called by the customers. There are so many better Korean restaurants in Sunnybank area alone. There is absolutely no reason to go back there.

The food was great and the service was quick. Definitely recommend this place

Service poor.Waited forever to be served.Was then told Wagyu beef had run out no more available.This is at 6.30 pm on Saturday night.Didnt bother just left and went to Sunnybank and had a great Chinese meal.

They didnt have the buffet on today but was still good :)

The meal was wonderful as ever, was different with the temporary menu but that’s explanatory(eg COVID). The waiter was really nice and friendly also good looking haha☺️😆

It was disappointing coz they weren't even open, But they didn’t tell me, We went there to find out it was close So I’m the future maybe they should let there customers know that. Fucking useless

some language difficulties with some staff....until we found the right one then all systems go. it was our first visit and needed someone to explain the best way to sort the menu

Fair price for delicious charcoal BBQ, the restaurant eating atmosphere is great. I love the sauce with chilies and garlic.

Very clean and beautiful restaurant. Staffs were attending and friendly. We ordered 99 dollars BBQ plate. Beef and small pork were nice. But pork belly and pork steak were a bit chewy. Overall we enjoyed very much. We definitely come back.

It was our first visit, loved it, we could go and pick what we wanted, meat, salads, entree etc. loved it. Only part we had trouble with was finding parking.

We tried the “all you can eat” BBQ and it was great. I wish they have more side dishes to choose from though. The restaurant atmosphere was amazing. However it was hard for us to find a carpark.

Overall i had a bad experience. The stuff were rude and was not nice at all. The price was shit and there service was by far the worst korean bbq place i have ever eaten out too. Never going back again and last but not least who the fuck pays for steam rice and soft drink it should come with the all you can eat buffet.

Love everything, accept the bell for service. I totally understand it’s need. And a busy bell means good business........it’s a little loud.... But truly, don’t change a thing

Customer service was wonderful and very accommodating when our number of guests kept changing. Food was great, could have more cooked food options, but other than that, but family loved it. For most of them, it was their first korean bbq experience and they thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you so much for a great night.

Parking poor. But great food, good service. Lovely night. Would go after 7:30 pm
