Fresh food and fantastic service. Have been before and definitely would go again.

The inside of the restaurant looked great. The atmosphere was down because of the Covid restrictions. The food had a great taste (they really nailed the American soul food flavour) but was underwhelming when compared to the social media pics and the price tag. Bigger servings or lower prices and food that looks like the pics will fix that.

Glad to get in for a cheeky burger with the family.

We were a table of two and were sat really close to the table next to us which was a table of 8 so it was really hard to hear my friend from across the table

We only received half our drink order. Had to ask for the other half. Only to receive a warm beer. And the mock tails we ordered took a long time only to be told that they don’t know how to make them. Food came out fast though.

Excellent as usual, big thumbs up!! Will be back again real soon.

All I can suggest is better training for floor staff. As soon as you sit people down at a table, they should immediately receive menus and water.

I went to Milky Lane in Canberra for my birthday in a group of 8. Staff were so good, really friendly and helpful. Love the $60 share cocktail! Wish the burgers were bigger and came with chips!

I had a booking and was seated right away. The people who were working that night were all awesome kind and friendly! Food came out fast and fresh. Was a little loud but that is to be expected in a restaurant. Food portion size was a bit small but I did look up milky lane in the other stores and they had bigger burgers so my fault haha. But everything tasted so good! Thank you for having us.

The burgers were too saucy and not enough lettuce. The patties were dry. Maybe the reason for all the sauce? The milkshakes were good. The wait staff was friendly but not very attentive. Had to ask for more water as well as the bill ages after we finished.
