Milky Lane - Canberra

Milky Lane was good. I may just be a jaded diner but after eating at many a burger restaurant its hard to tell them apart. The noise levels were quite high, which made having a conversation difficult. That could just be due to the layout with large overhead speakers belting out loud RnB in a small space with no windows, the only way to have a conversation would be to try and be louder than the music. Service was good. The food came out relatively quickly but the cocktail delivery was staggered with my friend getting her's close to the end of the meal. May just be me being nit-picky but it is fair to expect a certain level of service at a certain price point. That being said the food was good, the battered chips and the Pop Korn Chicken were delicious. The cocktails were lovely. Refreshing names to items on the menu too, nice touch. Overall experience 3.5/5 stars.

Amazing service, great food, good vibes and great music, LOVE

Over priced, over crowded. Our group of 3 was seated at a 2 person table making the dinner very awkward and cramped.

Great food, really delicious. Very tasty Mojito I had, and the Churro fries for dessert with the bomb. The noise was very loud, so if you're not a fan on loud music then maybe give a pass. But overall, it's amazing and I'll recommend to all my friends!!

We came for a couple of cocktails. The waitress we had was amazing! But the place was way too loud, so hard to keep a conversation. We just had one drink and then we left

The customer service experienced was fantastic, very welcoming and helpful. Only flaw was the music was so loud I was unable to hear the people I was having dinner with.

Service was very good. Food good but not wow - I think once is enough. The booths are way too small and the back Is almost leaning forwards - very cramped - could not fit More than 4.

Excellent attentive service and child friendly! They also have their own toilets high chairs and they said a baby change table is coming soon. It was great to listen to some ‘old school’ R’nB.....really showed my age!

Efficient friendly, value for money, great service, very very filling

The service and food was amazing. Didn't have to wait long to be seated. Didn't have to wait long for the food. The staff were so attentive and accommodating - I have a leg injury so they placed us in an area away from other people so I could elevate my leg. However the noise was terrible. There were a group of young males next to us yelling and being unnecessarily loud. Perhaps a function room for bigger groups or something would be a good idea. I could barely hear my friend speak because of the group of young males but did not want to cause a scene so we just tolerated it. Not Milky Lane's fault though. You can't predict how your patrons will behave.

Excellent place to go out with family or friends. Great food and atmosphere.

Thank you for accommodating an extra guest and giving us the highchair. Unfortunately at the time of booking I couldn't request a highchair therefore had to ask for one on arrival .

Big expectations from this place. Loved the decor on arrival. Friendly staff. Order chicken burgers and beef burgers. Although pink, which is how I like them, patties were quite dry and the tomato sauce wasn’t great. Chips were good. Didn’t have cocktails, but they looked amazing.Overall ok, but not a patch on Grease Monkey for food quality. I’ll stick with GM in future. That said if cocktails with burgers is your bag then Milky Lane could be the one for you.

Was very excited to visit Milky lane and the food was delicious. Just get disappointed when we had our chips bought out first, waited 25mins for drinks and chips where eaten before the burgers arrived. Other than that, really enjoyed the experience.

The staff were really helpful, polite, always there for any questions, needed something they would be right on it. The service was quick and the food was top notch. Highly recommend Milky Lane Braddon.

My Milky Way burger patti had a strong fatty taste unlike the burgers my friends had, my drink was forgotten about and because it was rushed when I asked about it it still had chunks of ice in it also Churros were stale. On the other hand the cocktail still tastes good and the fries and potato balls were delicious

very loud. would have liked to have been offered to sit outside, didn't think to ask but would have been quieter and maybe bit better for the kids. food was pretty good, sweet potato fries were delicious.
