Milky Lane - Parramatta

The food was delicious! Good size portions! Service was friendly! Very attentive! Cocktails was great! Looks very fancy! Atmosphere of the place was kicking! However the music was slightly too loud haha Almost had to yell our conversation! Plus it did get VERY warm inside! Hot & sweaty!

Was really looking forward to the cheese dipping sauce ☹ but other than that everything else was amazing, good service, and my burger was amazing thank you

Our table was ready when we arrived despite there being a line for seats. Service was good.

The burgers are better @ Hungry Jacks. And half the price and time waiting for the food. Staff were very inattentive, and quite rude at times...

Went there with 3 friends for dinner, went a peak time so there was a little wait on th mains but food was delicious !!!

It took us 4 times to get someone to take our order. When finally someone came the waiter attended to the people behind us who had just walked in. They also got their food much earlier than we did. The food was amazing and it was our second time coming. We did love the music but it was way to loud, we couldn’t hear each other talk. This won’t affect us coming again but it could of been better. The first time we came was excellent.

My boyfriend and I stood at the front desk waiting for a table for 2 whole minutes before being acknowledged and given a table. During that time a few servers had noticed us standing there but ignored us. They also didn't have any salt and pepper shakers on the table which was really odd.

Was pretty sweet, would definitely go back again. Also would recommend to friends and family Food was good and service was great! 10 out of 10

Great cheeseburger, very slow to get food out. 30min wait approximately. Frequent issues with wrong orders to the wrong tables. But very helpful and friendly staff

Food was great and plenty. Venue had a great vibe. Were a bit run off their feet, was hard to get attention of waiters at times. But other then that was great!

Amazing time spent there , Staff were lovely, Great vibe when you get in , Awesome spot to have a bite to eat !

Milky lane has an awesome atmosphere, love the design of the place. The service was great there as well as the food. Would definitely go back, especially for all the cocktails they have on the menu.

Good vibes, lovely service, tasty food and definitely will come back. Better to book a table beforehand to secure a table due to lots of customers.

Went here on the weekend with my friends and it was amazing. Booked in again on Wednesday with my husband as I kept talking about it! Food is amazing! Drinks are amazing! Service is amazing!

The food was great unfortunately when I paid I gave more money because I only had that certain amount of change on me. A normal person would give you your change that you're required, however when I handed over the money he said "okay thank you bye" over and over again until I left without my change. I would have understood if he asked for a tip but blatantly assuming that I'd want to give him one is completely wrong.

Great quality burger and really quick service! Chips dont come with the burger and are quite a bit extra to add on, but overall very nice.

Very disappointing experience! I've been wanting to try Milky Lane for such a long time and sadly I was let down. When we arrived we couldn't get tap water because they were out of bottles. We then ordered 2 burgers, one without onions and one with a croquette. The order arrived at our table with onions on the burger and missing the croquette. The waiter took the burgers back to the kitchen. When we got the burgers for the second time the croquette was still missing. Plus the other burger was missing the sauce and was very dry. The Lil Weezy burger was swimming in gravy making the bun wet and soggy. To make it even worse, when we got the bill we were charged for the croquette we never got. It wasn't worth trying to fix so we just left. Wouldn't go back unfortunately.

Service great, atmosphere great, Food delicious, Space cramped. Good burgers with a funky vibe. Unfortunately we had a bad table crammed between window seating and a large group.

Vibes and service was great. The food was very average alot of it was cold when it came out. Don’t just walk in book first!

The food was really good, decor was great. The A/c was bad, it was an extremely hot day and we were sweating while sitting there.

Staff is super friendly, caring, and know what they're talking about. Amazing food, a lot of options to choose from and also quite different and unique food combo's. Overall, such a great place and will defs come back again!!!

Service was great but the menu wasn’t all available so that was a big disappointment for my self and the family. I would suggest maybe coming here later on down the track until they are more organised with their menu.

where we were sitting was near the bar, lots of spilt beverages near us meaning dirty floor and table. The food service was quick !

Food is always good at milky lane. If you go, get the cookie it’s delicious. They bake it on the spot so it’s warm and gooey!

Front of house representative is very rude. Made us feel bad for being late from traffic. Food was ok and came out quick. Not sure of we will come back. Food is a bit expensive.

Milky Lane is a great place. But the bald man the was on the desk was extremely rude and has no people skills. He shouldn't be the one greeting people. We were disappointed as we especially came for the watermelon Rose but was told we couldn't have it because they didn't have enough jugs and we would have to wait for other people to finish so we could use theirs .

great atmosphere and the food is amazing! will definitely be returning here sooner rather than later! my only recommendation is to turn the music down a tiny notch because it was like a yelling match trying to talk to my friends. we also got our big cocktail bowl last, we would have preferred it to come before the meal.

Great tasty food It rook a long time to come out. The staff provided complimentary fries and pop corn chicken to make up for the wait.

Food was brought out a number of times but was the incorrect order. The milk shakes were great and the old style free arcade games were excellent.
