Good food, good service. Always pleasant to deal with a friendly staff.
Our waitress Emily was amazing - prompt service and so friendly.
Mix up on The time should have been 6.30pm Caused problems for the staff, need to fix the app

We were sat out the back which was okay. Was a bit quieter which we didn't mind. Service was lacking. Had to ask twice just to get water. Cutlery wasn't in the table so we were served our food and then had to wait for cutlery. Food was okay and the serving sizes were decent.
Worst service ever. Made us wait one hour to take our order for the mains.
Unfortunately our visit to Mister Paganini was terrible. We had a reservation and were seated in the garden area. We were asked if we wanted water and the host/waitress left. While sitting there, the table beside us was served their food and a new table of 6 was seated beside us. All tables around is received service, the new table had their order taken, drinks bought and the waiter and waitress in the garden section completely ignored us and we tried to get their attention but they wouldn’t even look at our table. We were patient but after 30 mins of being seated and then completely ignored, we advised the owner and host that we would be leaving and finding another restaurant to dine at. Extremely disappointing experience especially when we had reserved a table and then ignored for 30 minutes with no acknowledgment and no service. I cannot recommend this restaurant, extremely bad service and I can’t rate the food as we were never served.
Very delicious food. Like the homemade lemonade. See you again.
