Always good at montezumas Hampton - lovely friendly staff and we always have our favourites that never disappoint

Great service & enjoyed the food & ambience a lot

Our party of 3 had a great experience on our first visit. Friendly staff, a well done drinks menu, and tasty & filling food. The lime margarita was very good. We enjoyed the beef enchiladas, burrito verde, and a Montezuma's delight, all were good. The fitout and decor on the newly opened restaurant was well done. We would happily return.

Limited choice of wine. Happy hour only applies to tacos on Tuesday. Limited choice for vegetarians. Ordinary food. They haven’t been open long so they might improve.

Great experience, we hadn't been to Montezuma's since we moved from Mentone, so very happy to have them nearby in Bayside. Newly opened, so understand some wait staff very new to the biz. We'll be back often.

My first time ar the Hampton store. The food was outstanding,so fresh . The service as very friendly ,the servers advised us on our meal choices . She explained that the food is prepared as ordered,so we expected a wait .. it was well worth it. Will be back

We just tried to eat here. Booked a table for 6:30, arrived on time, no problem. By 7:30pm our meals were nowhere to be seen and the table next to us, who were already there when we arrived, had not got their meals, so finally gave up and left. We gave them another 15 minutes and also left. Walked back up Hampton St to Si Senor and were eating in about 15 minutes. The staff at Montezuma's were very apologetic and had all sorts of excuses, but someone is being too greedy and taking too many bookings when clearly the kitchen cannot cope. Lots of full tables and not many staff. Even though they kept us sitting for so long with no food, they still charged us for the drinks. I doubt we will try again. I recommend Si Senor at 565 Hampton Street if you actually want to eat Mexican food, as apposed to just ordering it and getting nothing. Sad.....

Just disappointing food. Nice staff. Needs a better chef. I can cook much better Mexican and I’m very English.

Tried this last night and loved the undercover rear courtyard — a great vibe for a relaxed meal. Staff were warm and friendly, but the service was slow, with meals taking far too long to arrive. Plenty of potential here, but they’ll need to speed things up to stay in business

As long term Taco Bill's patrons we thoroughly enjoyed our lunchtime meal. The interior design has a great feel. The food was delicious & generous. Topped by friendly service. All the best going forward. A new patron.

Food is delicious. Staff are very efficient and friendly. Music was a bit loud, but they turned it down a bit when i asked.

The best authentic Mexican food we’ve had since relocating to Australia!! Great location! Outdoor seating is convenient and guest service is amazing! Looking forward to going back!!

Very unorganised, which I was suprised as it’s not new to them running a business. Very slow service all round and cramped small restaurant which I feel doesn’t work. Bar area ridiculously small didn’t function well staff on top of each other. My Chair was rocking with wonky legs. Hampton is an up market area will need to pickup their game if they want to survive. Really disappointed in the whole night and so were other tables trying to get service. Spend some money on furniture or fix what you have, staff training a must, and I’d be redesigning entrance and bar area. Sadly no vibe and I won’t be back in a hurry. Very much a regular of Parkdale (25 years) and will miss that terribly. On the up side food was lovely but not enough in my opinion to warrant travelling to visit. Will give it a few months and try again. Good luck and please take my review in good faith and do something about the issues.

i like to return here to eat their pineapple chicken dish. spices are just right. not spicy but full pf flavour

Delicious food as always and friendly staff. A bit sad that this was our last visit to the Parkdale location, but looking forward to seeing the new Hampton restaurant.

We are regular diners and really enjoy our visits to Montezuma's. I tried the beef taquitos this time which were delicious. And of course, I had to have a side salad. After 30+ years, they are moving locations next month. But not too far away, so we will definitely keep visiting.

My partner and I absolutely loved our dining experience at Montezuma’s in Parkdale. Most in theme Mexican restaurant we’ve ever been to and the food was so delicious. We can definitely see why Montezuma’s has stood the test of time and has remained a Parkdale icon. Thank you for the fantastic service and experience Montezuma’s staff.

We enjoy coming and supporting Montazumas in Parkdale. The staff are lovely, food is delicious and really enjoy the overall feel of the restaurant. We are never disappointed with the quality of the food. Would definitely recommend Montazumas to friends and family.
