We hadn't been to Montezumas for years, thinking that the closest to us was Browns Plains.. happily surprised to find one closer to us and the same great food and hospitality at Ipswich

unfortunately when we arrived being a cold night with young families we were put outside which they tried to help with warmth by putting the heater on but they turned it off before we were finished & we had to ask 3 times to put back on. the tables weren't clean when we sat down & had to ask for them to be cleaned. But the staff were friendly & the food for the adults nice but the children's menu was a little spicy & one little fellow could not eat the meatballs from the children's menu. The activity sheet for children is a good idea.

Motezuma's Ipswich is fantastic. Awesome service, food, prices and atmosphere. The menu is mostly Gluten Free naturally because it's Mexican based, and everything tastes amazing. I highly recommend Montezuma's Ipswich

The booking process was simple and hassle free. Montezuma's phoned to confirm. As a large group they were very accommodating and even moved our entire party to outside as it was such a nice night. the service was great and the food, as always, delicious. a fun night had by all!

Great service and prompt meal delivery. Monte’s never fail to deliver quality at reasonable prices. Finally tried a dessert (we are usually too ful) and highly recommend the Mexican Flan.

Service was outstanding! Very welcoming but not overbearing, attentive but not intrusive. The staff member even offered a pair of glasses for my husband to borrow to read the menu, to save him going back to the car for them. There was a lot of choice on the menu, and I appreciated the range for gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian. Dessert was a bonus! We enjoyed the outdoor seating area overlooking the river, and there were few people walking past as it doesn't open to the main thoroughfare, resulting in a more private lunch venue. Very much appreciated thank you.

I came in with my family to celebrate and although Stephanie was friendly it seemed a real effort. On the other hand the manager was rude. unfriendly and very bossy. She was quick to correct and treat us like her students instead of customers. She definatley set the scene and mood. All my children picked up on her solmn attitude we were hestitant in asking any questions.She really needs training in how to treat customers with a happy, and friendly approach. We treated her with respect no matter how she acted although I wont be taking my family back to the Ipswich store.

Friendly customer service. It's was great to see that they are now catering for Vegans I was able to enjoy choosing from the menu sress free rather than making special requests and missing out. We had a relaxing enjoyable evening Definitely dining with Montezuma's again 👍

Absolutely lovely food, truly fantastic service that was attentive but not interrupting. Had the chicken enchiladas which was a huge plate of delicious food, followed by the chocolate mousse.

We always enjoy eating here. Very extensive menu and the meals were fresh and tasty. The only small thing we didn't care for was when the server bought out the cutlery, holding them at the ends used for eating. We felt compelled to give them a wipe with the paper napkins.
