Montezuma's - Williams Landing

After our first visit, we were happy to return, as the food and service as everything we had hoped for. Our second time, we were pleased to meet the owner.

It is always a pleasant experience to dine here, the children enjoy the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff as do we when we dine alone without the kids.

Once again we had a lovely experience dining with two of our children. It’s always great to go back to a restaurant and be remembered by the staff.

Great food for latin taste bud no much choice for those with plain taste buds. Great environment and decor inviting for a relaxed meal. Thanks

The decor was true to the Mexican culture. The food tasted great and was interesting, with a large selection some of which I hadn't seen before. We had amongst our deserts a banana on tortilla with pineapple on top. This was exquisite. I would definitely recommend this as a first rate restaurant.

Authentic setting for a Mexican restaurant ,the food was good ,the chicken was a little processed ,I prefer the beef ! Service was good . Overall 4.5-out of 6 .

We had a great first-time experience at Montezumas at Williams Landing. Very attentive and informative staff, the meals were very tasty and absolutely loved the overall design of the franchise with its Mexican theme. We will return for sure.

Always delicious. Great food and service. Handy location with train station access as well. Plenty of parking options as well. We’ll be back and recommend to all.

Awesome restaurant and staff. Nothing is too much trouble. We’ll be back, this is now going to be our regular place for dinner. Great job guys.

Attentive service great food definitely will go there again. Only complaint was that the table was wobbly , however this did not effect our meal.

Very friendly service. Great when you go back to a restaurant and they remember you, what you usually order and also recommend other dishes. Has become a regular place for us now.

We absolutely loved our experience at Montezuma's! The restaurant is brand new and all of the staff are so friendly and helpful when trying to decide on what to order! I had the pulled pork nachos, so yummy!

Decent service and really tasty food. Much nicer than many other Mexican places I’ve tried. Lots of fresh tasting food as opposed to other places. Would go back.

Lovely decor. Nice staff. Waited over an hour for main courses to be delivered. Slow service considering it wasn’t full and it was a 5:30pm dinner.

Recently opened so clean and tidy. You can still smell the newness. The Staff were very friendly and bubbly. Definitely will go back there again.

I like the extensive menu, so there were plenty of options available for our group. Both drinks and meals came out fairly quickly too and were enjoyable. Small hiccup with allocating a table for us, and the bill needed correcting at the end. 4/6 would return again.

When we arrived the music was too loud and it took them a while to notice we were there. Apart from that the food and service was fantastic. Will definitely go back. Next time will walk all the way in so they see us.

It was our fiirst time dining at Montezumas. The food was delicious! Dessert - churros, and coffee was yum. We will return in the near future!

Could not fault our evening out to celebrate a family birthday. The food was outstanding, the staff fun and welcoming, atmosphere relaxed and very family friendly. Thank you Montezuma’s Williams Landing for a brilliant night.

Sadly, the food was terrible. Bland and miserable. Extra points for a vegan menu! Service was happy and prompt although the one waiter was a bit cheeky.

The decor is 10 out of 10 - the staff are awesome, nothing is too much trouble. Lovely food - although lots of meat in enchiladas it could be a bit tastier. (and the rice is very bland) but very enjoyable overall. <3

Service was very poor, disorganised, and dull. Food was average and took a long time to come out. Won't be returning, there are much better options for Mexican food in area.

Second time visiting and was just as happy as the first. My only complaint is that the watermelon margaritas were too delicious so I drank too many.

Great food and good service....loved it, just like Montezumas at Mooloolaba in Queensland....so glad this one is close to where we live and in the West

I was looking forward to ordering fajita’s which I have had at a Mexican restaurant before and really enjoy. There wasn’t anything like that on the menu that I could order. I thought that the choices for the fillings where very limited and plain.

The place looked great & staff were friendly but the food was a huge let down. I’ve been to many Mexican restaurants in Melbourne & the United States & the food here was the worst! It all seemed done on the cheap side......chorizo was a skinless sausage, beef chunks were tiny bits of meat, chicken was diced in tiny pieces & not shredded, burritos filled with more beans than beef, the rice was burnt on top, smallest side salad ever, don’t even know what the salsa was? Looked like watered down tomato purée. & wine glass was the smallest glass I’ve ever seen ??? Sorry won’t be coming back!

Friendly and very astute staff - they picked up that we ordered a vegan entree but no vegan main (because our vegan friend hadn't arrived and hadn't ordered his main yet)! Food was delicious and everything was reasonably priced. It says so much about a restaurant when they are a full house on Sunday night!

Fabulous! Food was sublime and service could not be faulted. Restaurant is not too big and has a nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back. I want to try everything on the menu now.

Food very bland, most dishes looked (and tasted) the same. Offered spice on the side - make sure you take it. Plates really hot as if meals had been sitting in oven for ages, waiting for dish to be finished.

Absolutely a great Mexican restaurant, been from QLD where Montezumas are everywhere to living on the West side of Melbourne with no Montes around untill now, I was not let down with the food, drinks and service from the staff. I highly reccommend this place to everyone! Only thing is they need Mexican music in the back ground for a slightly better atmosphere instead of current top 100 music but that gets ignored once the food arrives at your table. Pulled pork nachos 👌

Service and atmosphere were great. Food was pretty good, they didn't ask questions about options and we got the wrong thing, also nachos were very short on corn chips but not bad.

Food was fantastic and tasty. Service was a tiny bit slow, they forgot to bring a drink I ordered but otherwise everything was very good

It was busy and took a while to be seated, the desk is positioned wrong cos ppl waiting and standing outside the door. Food was ok (My meal anyhow) but seemed some ingredients were missing going by the menu. Staff were pleasant.

This place is great! Exactly what Williams Landing needed. The food was great. Restaurant was comfortable. Staff were lovely. Looking forward to coming back. Do recommend.

The service was great with a nicely decorated place. Food was delicious and served hot, with my only complaint being that the rice didn't have enough flavor and the side of guacamole is overpriced at almost $5 for a tiny bowl. Otherwise, thrilled to have an awesome place for Mexican food nearby.
