Air conditioning not good….way too hot inside…was cooler outside. They got us a fan but not pleasant for dining in upstairs area. Food defs ok but let down by being way too hot.

Like the food especially the kimchi! We never had enough of their kimchi and seafood pancake! Been very generous of their free flow side dishes! Definitely enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant! Highly recommended!

Waited almost half an hour before one of us had to get up and ask to be served. The chilli pork wasn't all that spicy which was a shame. But the food was really tasty.

It’s been a while since visiting palsaik namoo, I found the restaurant to be not well kept, a lot of dust above our heads and next to our table. No one to talk with us, to ask us if we’ve been before, and discuss the menu. Just a QR code for us to know the menu. When the food especially the protein came out, there was no explanation what the meats was, I personally don’t eat pork and I had to ask which cuts were pork/beef. We got kimchi soup, and they which on the menu is describes and “kimchi soup” and when it came out there was meat in there which wasn’t expected and I asked the waiter what cut of meat it was and he wasn’t sure. I think they should label the kimchi soup with whatever meat they decide to put in there. I don’t eat pork so I couldn’t eat the soup. Felt like there was a lack of caring, a lot of old menu items weren’t available anymore and cuts of meat which were out of stock. It’s a shame how far they’ll fallen, used to be such a wonderful establishment. 2/5.

Absolutely delicious - haven't been to Palsaik in a while but it was just as good as I remember especially the different flavours of pork belly.
