The food, the setting and the service is excellent. We’ve been there twice in a few weeks now and will go back. My only comment is that they need to turn on the aircon for hot days - it was very warm in the restaurant last night.

Love Napoli in Bocca the Sevice was excellent the staff were all so friendly but we had to wait a long time for our food . And the coffee was not so good very bitter may be change the coffee brand. We all had good time and will be coming back soon

Very good attentive staff. Air cond in the area we were seating was not strong enough. Will not stop us from going there just need to sit further in restaurant away from front.

Waited over an hour for food to arrive. Priority seemed to be UBER eats takeaway. Food mediocre at best, pasta was probably purchased at Coles, no taste, hardly any beef inside.

Poor service & waited over 1 hour for our meals. Not enough staff to handle the amount of customers in the restaurant. Also too busy with take away orders to treat their customers properly. Not impressed at all.

We have visited Napoli in Bocca many times but the staff today were quite rude and abrupt which was surprising. They did their job sufficiently but there was no friendliness and one girl was quite rude to one of our guests. We love the food but unfortunately this did spoil our visit. Due to a very large group right next to us, it was very noisy

Music was so loud just above our heads, could hardly concentrate on our conversation. My rugola pizza was pretty boring, lots of rocket and not much else.

The quality of food was quite good, but let down by very slow service. One waitress to 30/40 covers is nowhere near enough. Our booking was for 6 pax, but all main meals came separately.

Lovely service but had obviously changed hands. Pizzas not great. Soggy in the middle. How sad! This used to be the best pizza in Sydney
