First experience of TEPPANYAKI, the chef was very entertaining and food was incredible.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The chef graciously celebrated our birthday guest as we dined at the teppanyaki grill. The food was well cooked (a little salty for my personal taste) - the seafood was cooked perfectly and the wagyu was delicious!

David was a very interesting teppanyaki chef, we really enjoyed his performance.

We had an awesome experience at Nishi! It was our first time there and the service was friendly and professional. We booked for the teppanyaki table and the chef made us laugh with his culinary skills whilst preparing our meal. The food was devine and the setting definitely made us feel we had stepped into another culture. I thoroughly recommend Nishi! 😃🙌

Fantastic theatre and experience however we are still sitting in the restaurant and can’t hear each other talking because of the vacuum cleaners! Spoilt a great night to have to leave

Was ok nothing especial. They’ve charged us for a cake corkage for bringing the cake to blow the candle but we didn’t ate the cake there. We just wanted to sing Happy birthday for my daughter and we took the cake back home

The chef was not only entertaining but he was very attentive to the kids and their needs. Saw the little one struggling with chopsticks and called the waitress for a spoon .

The Teppanyaki experience is so much fun. The chef is funny and entertaining, the food was very fresh and high quality, and the atmosphere was great. This is the second time we have been here, and it was as good as the first visit. Thank you, everyone at Nishi, for a great night.

Entertaining ‘show’ by the Chef - our older grandchildren would love it. Expensive food for what it is but the show made it worthwhile. Good customer service.

The food was wonderful apart from the beef which was a little tough. We had an infant in a high chair and the staff provided her with steamed beans to keep her happy. Chef entertaining as usual.

Our experience at Nishi was amazing! We went to celebrate our 7 year old’s birthday and all of us had a fun time and the food was incredible. Our fussiest eater was keen to try food he would never have eaten previously because of the involvement and theatrics of teppanyaki. We haven’t stopped talking about it and can’t wait to go back again. Thank you so much for a wonderful night.

We took our 5 year old and he absolutely loved it. They are great with kids and was a lovely family experience to remember!

We loved the theatre of the teppanyaki and the amazing chef made us laugh with his crazy antics, and even got our daughter involved with some of the cooking. I didn't know I could catch a flying piece of egg roll in my mouth... A very memorable experience for our first official Mighty Booch work party. Oh and the food was on point too ,) Arigato!

Great food, great atmosphere, great chef, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The only downside was the roach that ran across our teppanyaki table and the chef who threw a bit too much food, which dirtied the ladies’ dresses.

Terrific. Have been here before and would go back again. Everything at this restaurant is PERFECT. Best time ever and loads of laughter. Thank you Chef.

Our teppanyaki chef prepared an incredible meal as well as making us feel very welcome.

We had our year end gathering here on 15/11/2024. The entertainment was excellent. Food was average, fried rice had very little ingredients, lobster was dry and my medium marbled beef was overcooked.

it was easy to book for a table. good food. nice and jovial chef.

We did the TEPPANYAKI menu and it was just wonderful. Such delicious food and great entertainment for the whole family. Love Nishi!

Absolutely loved it. I felt bad for how reserved I was through the night, but I genuinely enjoyed the first time experience. The food was amazing, the chef was outright exceptional . He was funny and engaging, while the servers stayed on top of everything, very proactive and lovely. I would definitely come again! Thank you guys so much :)

This is my third time here, and it is always a great experience! The food is incredible, the steaks are melt in the mouth, and service is of a high standard and the atmosphere is comfortable and even at the busiest times. Highest compliments to each of the chef’, front and back of house, as well as the floor staff!

Food was good but customers can get injured by having hot food thrown at them like I did. Be sure to let the chef know prior if you don’t want food thrown at you as part of the teppanyaki experience.

Chef was amazing entertaining and so considerate of the fact I had my young son there entertaining him and catering to the entertainment of the rest of the table of adults We will Definately be coming again!!!

First the bad. A non booked group was squeezed in which made it extremely cramped. 11 on what probably fits 8-9 comfortably and the staff excuse it was a booking didn't align with the group that admitted they were as hoc. The food was ok but not amazing. The cut of Wagyu had tendons and the vegetables were over seasoned - salty. The good. The show was entertaining and was enjoyable. It was highly interactive and really keeps your attention. The food portions and quality otherwise was very good. Service was generally good.
