We were offered 3 meals we did not order and did not receive 2 items we did order. And I noticed other tables experienced similar issues. Some staff confusion in delivery of plates. This will not deter us but it may be costing your restaurant in wasted food

Amazing quality food, busy atmosphere so a bit on the loud noise level but to be expected. Extremely quick service, maybe too quick no time to sit and appreciate the restaurant. One of my favourite restaurants definitely coming back soon

My partner and l will be returning to Okami, Albury, after having an, all you can eat, Sunday lunch. Online booking is easy, friendly staff, prompt service and loved the 18 different dishes served. All this for under a $100.00 including drinks. Thank you Okami and Staff

Food was yum as normal,staff seemed a bit confused as they brought out food we hadn’t ordered a couple times and then brought out 2 lots of desert.overall experience is great.wish we could split bills

I did NOT like the fact that there was only one drinks menu and 2 food menus between 5 people and we were asked to order within minutes of arriving! How could we all even look at the menus, let alone decide in such a short time frame when we couldn’t even see a menu!!!!

Went there for a birthday celebration. Service and food was fantastic as always staff is super prompt on taking your order and delivering fresh food quickly.

It was a lovely meal and the staff was very helpful. The food and drinks came out very quick. Being early in the week it was great to get in, feed and our early. We plan to go back on a weekend night with bigger group and see if we can stay longer.

Very slow service, sat for 25 minutes before we called over a waitress to be served. First order never arrived. 10 minutes prior to end of service, we enquired for the third time where our sushi platter was (clearly they didn't want us to have this) and they said they'd bring it out as it was still sitting there. Stating that staff hadn't seen it behind everything else. Disjointed service, food was good but with huge waiting times before coming out. Left full but disappointed.

The seating was very tight and close to others. A number of the dishes we ordered didn’t arrive. The food that did come out was very good though. Could see that the staff were doing their best to keep up.

Amazing food! Great customer service and awesome value for money

I dined here in August 23 and ordered of the main menu and loved the food and experience. This time was all you can eat and the food quality was not the same. Katsu and Karage chicken were poor battered alternatives to feed the masses. It was a shame as they can deliver high quality Japanese food.
