We arrived 15 mins early but we were advised that we could not be seated There were empty tables available at the time We left the restaurant came back and were then seated at the table that was vacant when we arrived Rather disappointing

Food is always the exact same quality every time it comes out. You can order the same thing multiple times and it will come out exactly the same and perfectly done. Bit on the noisy side with so many people but that's because of the amazing quality of the restaurant.

Always excellent service at Okami. The top notch customer service that Japanese culture is known for is definitely present here. Staff line up and give a little bow when we arrive at opening time, they smile and greet us, and make our kids laugh. You have to actually go to Japan to get service like this (I speak from experience), but Okami brings it to Albury. The food is excellent also, and alone is worth the price. But you get great food and great service for the same price, so it's a fantastic deal and a great experience.

Smaller portions till last time, food was only ok. Chicken katsu was burnt. But staff amazing !!!

We always enjoy our dinning experience. Although we have noticed that some of the dishes have a reduced in their serving size. We have always dinned as 2 people but this time for example only got 2 pieces of chicken wings instead of the 4 that we have always gotten in the past.

will definitely go back, really enjoyed it with my kids

I took my two children out for dinner. Staff were very caring and adapted the service to help suit my children more. They were very polite and went out of their way to make sure we had fast service and enough food.
