Great food. Good service but would have preferred to be able to divide the bill with our friends.

I did NOT like the fact that there was only one drinks menu and 2 food menus between 5 people and we were asked to order within minutes of arriving! How could we all even look at the menus, let alone decide in such a short time frame when we couldn’t even see a menu!!!!

Went there for a birthday celebration. Service and food was fantastic as always staff is super prompt on taking your order and delivering fresh food quickly.

It was a lovely meal and the staff was very helpful. The food and drinks came out very quick. Being early in the week it was great to get in, feed and our early. We plan to go back on a weekend night with bigger group and see if we can stay longer.

Very slow service, sat for 25 minutes before we called over a waitress to be served. First order never arrived. 10 minutes prior to end of service, we enquired for the third time where our sushi platter was (clearly they didn't want us to have this) and they said they'd bring it out as it was still sitting there. Stating that staff hadn't seen it behind everything else. Disjointed service, food was good but with huge waiting times before coming out. Left full but disappointed.

The staff here are fantastic the food is wonderful all round great culinary experience happy customer yet again x

Excellent food and service!! Online booking system is convenient and easy to use.

The seating was very tight and close to others. A number of the dishes we ordered didn’t arrive. The food that did come out was very good though. Could see that the staff were doing their best to keep up.

Amazing food! Great customer service and awesome value for money

I dined here in August 23 and ordered of the main menu and loved the food and experience. This time was all you can eat and the food quality was not the same. Katsu and Karage chicken were poor battered alternatives to feed the masses. It was a shame as they can deliver high quality Japanese food.

Food was absolutely amazing and they staff were positively lovely. Can't wait to go back!

We were enjoying the food until we found a cockroach in our food. We were told that it was not from the kitchen and that it was fresh and not to worry. Very disappointed and where not offered any discount on the meals. Will not be back, not great service or explanation.

Friendly staff, busy place. Only negative feed back was we had to keep asking for two dishes orders 4 times and the. They finally brought out the one order twice .

Delicious as usual but seriously you guys need to consider that groups of people need to split the bill, or is it your intention to get extra surcharges per card, why do I get a surcharge for eftpos payment, the banks really don’t charge that much to have their eftpos machine in your restaurant and if they do…. Find a bank that will do a better deal

We opted for the ‘all you can eat’ option and it was definitely great value. The service was great, fast and incredibly efficient which you need when you’re ordering dish by dish as you like (rather than placing your whole order upfront). The food was tasty and came within minutes of ordering. Well worth a visit!
