Service good early on but slow near end of our sitting

Good food, servings bit small for sharing. No mention by waiter or anything in menu about all you can eat buffet. Only saw sign on window as we were leaving l.

Air con far too cold but food was good to very good.

Lovely food. Nice restaurant though apparently the men’s toilets need attention. They did not allow a full 2 hours of eating as advertised. Came up over half an hour early and said “last orders” we got a main after dessert. Still would go again.

This is a wonderful restaurant, love there food fantastic staff.

No options for kids meals so forced to purchase all you can eat for 5 year old that ate a spring roll

The food was delicious. The only problem we had was a 25minute period when we had no service. We’ll definitely go back again.

If there wasn't the mix-up with the dish that couldn't have carrot, it would have been great for food times. Also, if it wasn't for the loud obnoxious woman who thought everyone needed to hear her talking about stuff, her laugh was deafening and really inappropriate for a restaurant setting...apart from them small issues it was amazing

The service was amazing we never had to wait more than a few minutes for any of our dishes to arrive

Long wait for food to arrive (20 minute gap at one point) many ordered items didn’t show up. If we ordered two of an item only one would show up. Had to ask staff on four separate occasions why items had been missed. Been many times before, first time ever having to wait so long for food and so many dishes went missing.

Not all the food we ordered arrived nor did our second round of drinks plus the alarm meant we couldn’t have a conversation and enjoy our meals. Unlikely to come again

Extremely disappointed tonight. Staff made no effort to serve us and after trying to QR code our order, which failed, the smoke alarm went off and did not turn off. It went off for twenty minutes or more and we were forced to leave with many others - as we couldn’t sit through the eat piercing sound any longer.

We really enjoyed the aburi nigiri patter, sushi & sashimi platter and the beef carpaccio. The food came very quickly and our servers were lovely.

I placed our second order via the QR code which I messed up cause i forgot to press check out, however when i did the order still didn't make it to the kitchen then I ordered through the waiter and then eventually the order must of went though as we began getting doubles.
