Okami - Albury

Service was very quick and we loved the food. Very happy. The only thing that could be improved would be more cashiers taking payments at the end. As everyone is finishing their allocated session at around the same time, there was a big line up.

We love Japanese food but this place was a disappointment. Underwhelming quality food beef teriyaki really tough. A couple of staff were abrupt and looked like they were over their job or possibly just not hospitality trained. We did not realise this was All You Can Eat style of restaurant which explains you get what you pay for.

Good service, great food. 1st timer I will be back.

Always a pleasant experience having a quick, good food with excellent service particularly to the resto manager Anna who always goes out her way to provide such an excellent customer service that's why we keep coming back. Thanks heaps!

Exceptional promptness of the food delivery. Waiting staff were always bright and helpful. The seating arrangement was a little pokey although the restaurant looked amazing, and it was a busy night, therefor noisy. I totally loved the food - having a few people meant we could share the dishes and treat ourselves to many tastes. I did not leave hungry.

Great service for orders. But empty plates were not cleared even when left on the outside of the table. Glasses wr were not cleared and had to ask for more drinks. Food came out fast, but bit one dish at a time. Also some dishes were missed. We had to tell the wait staff. Lots of staff and about 3 or more serving us. Would be better with a dedicated server.

We enjoyed our family meal, we felt very full and satisfied

The app was having issues and one of orders of food didn’t go through and then by the time we told someone they were trying to kick us out. The staff were amazing though but was sad that we didn’t get some of our meals

When we go out we like to have table service, we got it tonight but the whole change over to ordering from our phone really reduces the “going out for dinner” experience. The last thing I want to do is sit there on my phone ordering dinner.. the staff are lovely but obviously understaffed tonight.

Now that we order the meals through the mobile the meals took very long time to come, no good services

Food is quite good. Use of QR code & App is poor. There is no way of checking what you have ordered once it’s through the “checkout”. I found I kept getting a blank screen at checkout so I had no idea that the order had gone to the kitchen. First time we went there were staff to take your order & discuss food things with you….. now it just feels like a robotic experience. It might help the restaurant by automating the night for them but it feels like a feeding mass production line now.
