Always great at ballarat Okami. Quick easy and fresh. Spot on.

Overall dining experience was as good as we expected. The food was good apart from the Teriyaki Chicken looked odd due to the way how they cooked.

I had a great time. I loved the nigiri and takoyaki. I also liked the green tea ice-cream. I would come here again.

We are regular visitors to Okami. Tonight was a big disappointment. Most of the food was served cold. Food was sent back for being raw and was not replaced. At least 6 of our ordered items were not delivered and then we were told our time was up. Very disappointing.

Okami was a wonderful restaurant. Definitely busier than expected for a Tuesday night, but service was excellent. Food was delicious but wait times were a little longer than anticipated but that was probably because it was quite busy. Overall a wonderful meal and experience will definitely be coming back.

first visit to Okami. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was good but neither the food nor atmosphere made us feel that this was a good value family venue. We had a 12 and 13 yr old as part of our booking.

I have two sons who are coeliac and they were accommodated exceptionally well. Our family of 5 enjoyed all their meals which were fresh and hot and polished off completely!

The service was horrendous- we had to keep asking for food we were waiting on - only one of the waiters ever went and followed up and brought out missing food. The food was delicious though.

Took only seconds to be seated upon entering, service was prompt and the team were very polite. The only (and using the term loosely) "issue" was being packed in like a sardine (or in this case, a bento box) combined with the noise levels. But you gotta get as many patrons in as possible to remain profitable so this is a given, everything else was fantastic!
