Okami - Bendigo

The food at Okami was just to die for. Unfortunately, there were couple of dishes that we’ve ordered but never arrived - we did alert a waiter that we were waiting for them for a while and only of them came out… We had to leave as we were there for a while but other than that, the service was amazing

Regular visit but as always amazing service and food again

This was our first visit to an Okami restaurant and we were really impressed by the range and quality of the Japanese food available; both were excellent. The service was great, the staff were friendly and attentive. We will certainly go back to another Okami restaurant in Melbourne. The discounted cost for Seniors was much appreciated.

Okami in Bendigo is amazing, and my partner and I make a habit of coming atleast once a month. The owners recognise us and always make sure our visit is amazing, and the rest of the staff are always lovely too. The food is best in Bendigo and for great value too.

The food was amazingly fresh and consistent. If you’re in a group, the key is to order multiples of what you like first go as second orders can take some time because the place is packed out and the staff are rushed. That’s a good thing as it’s so popular. Well worth the price.

We had Mothers Day dinner, and it was packed so noise level was appropriately high. The staff were flat out but still polite and helpfull. The food is amazing. The selections available and the presentation is awesome. This was our first experience with Japanese food and we are totally in love with it!

the front of house lady was a bitch, grumpy and rude. she yelled at guests to leave as they were minutes early with a large group of about 10. she refused to give me seniors discount because my card was in the car. i have snow white hair and am 78. my wife is 82 and had her card and was ok. We will not be going back to be treated like this.

Delicious food, polite and friendly staff and a really nice atmosphere. Just wish we hadn't been seated next to the front door. Got very cold with people coming in and out

All the food was delicious and the serve was good

Well over 40 mins it took for staff to take a follow up order for food, we sat at table after finishing first order for 25 mins. Overall food was nice, but feel didn't get moneys worth.
