Great food, great service - amazing spot! We’ll be back again

First visit with awesome group of friends, loved it... and having 2 young children with us, they lived it too.... 😀

Food was outstanding But service was absolutely deplorable. After being seared we had our drinks order taken and served. Then our first round food order taken 50 minutes it took to get our first entree and part of it didn’t even come out. We watched people sit down after ya and order and receive multiple servings to our ZERO. We then ordered from a second waiter and told him quite sternly that part of our first round wasn’t still not on the table to which he quickly sorted and brought out l. We ordered the next couple through him with no issue. Then the original waiter took our next mains order and Lo and behold our food once again did not come out. 20 minutes later she returned and asked if we would like to order more to which I told her more? I’d like to just get the food we ordered from you 20 minutes ago that hadn’t shown….again. She scurried off and a further 10 minutes past and finally that food arrived. The make that took our food orders was awesome and I apologise for venting my frustration on him. But the lady with glasses who was our original waiter is terrible and needs training or some thing to improve. This is the second time in 6 weeks we have been there and the service last 2 times has been getting worse and worse. Don’t know we will bother going anymore after 2 poor experiences

Our experience wasn’t good, we had glass shamed over us when it fell of the bar, the sashimi was really think and often things didnt come out for a long time. Staff where lovely but overall experience was very average compared to other franchises

Was a hurried visit as I needed to get to the theatre. Good to have the choice of a la carte or all you can eat. The food was great and delivered very quickly. Will definitely return with family and friends for a more leisurely meal.

Excellent as usual. Leslie and her trainee did an amazing job. Very enjoyable we will be back.

We’ve been several times and it has always been a lovely experience, except this time! Food did not taste fresh and had a weird taste, we could not eat a lot of the dishes and sent them back after spitting out the food in our serviettes. Very disappointing and we will not be rushing back

Food was very nice Service was very slow Took nearly 40 minutes in between ordered to get serviced again Took an hour to receive 2 fanta drinks asked multiple occasions where they are ?? other ordered coke and got them instantly Overal ok

We waited an hour to get the drinks we ordered in the heat. It was so hot in there with the sun blazing on us through the window and the air conditioner was switched off. We asked the waiter to turn the air conditioner on but it didn't happen. I was in a lather of sweat. It was super busy in there and extremely loud. Very disappointing was the whole experience

As always the food was great however, dishes were very slow to get out to us. I feel that due to Valentine’s Day that they were overwhelmed due to “extra” tables being opened, with not enough wait and kitchen staff to accommodate this.
