Everything was amazing. The service was quick and friendly. We were there on Mother Day and the staff did an incredible job. Every dish we ordered was delicious. I look forward to visiting again.

The food was delicious food and they had promot delivery to table.

Staff all super friendly and food is delicious. Luckily we were the last meal period sitting because no one took out order until 15/20 minutes into sitting cause they’re so busy. It’s only a problem when they only allow you one hour.

Overall it was a good visit and a very nice meal. An item we ordered was forgotten and not bought to the table. Also another food item came just before we were to leave. Could improve in food accuracy and timing. It was very busy so I do understand how this could occur. We all did enjoy the food and I will be returning. Thankyou for a lovely meal.

We ended up being the only customers until 5:30 so that made the experience even better than usual. Love Okami and always have our set food we must order everytime we've been, it would be nice to see something new on the menu. Staff were fantastic as usual.

I have eaten a lot of Japanese cuisine and this was without doubt the worst I have ever encountered. It was a throw it on the table situation busy the wait staff, the portions were minuscule and bore little relation to the pictures on the menu. The food was low quality and tasteless. Very disappointing!

Great place just wish the value for special needs kids was worth it . We take our 14 year old and she only eats l bowl of rice and 2 chicken wings and charged a adult price

Food was served without long wait. It seems like they were understaffed but all the staff were nice and polite. Overall not bad.

The staff were extremely rude. They need to pull their heads out of their arses and realise if they can’t handle that amount of people they either need to hire more staff or get out of the business. There is no need to be yelling at your customers. Absolutely appalling behaviour.

Great food and service. The only bad thing is the tables are a bit squashed together. It would be nice to be able to buy little pots of mayonnaise.

Friends get together - 1 first timer and was amazed with the food and service as we all were “simply the best” service food and friendly staff and so efficient - totally recommend this wonderful Restaurant in Bendigo - will be back soon

Staff are ran of their feet but service was quick and friendly and food was wonderful. Differently will be back.

The food seemed smaller which isn’t good with increased entrance prices

Waited over 1 hour to receive items ordered as it went to different tables along with sitting for 30 mins in between plates with nothing. Averaged roughly 2 pieces of food (snack size) every 15 mins . All we got is a sorry we will reorder for you, to which we waited again 15 minutes. Didn't feel like staff / owners cared.

Even though intentionally booked for 3 people to include our toddler (who we brought a booster seat for as she will reach over the table to get food) and explaining to the waitress that we booked for 3 we were placed on a table for 2 and given a high chair. She then had to make up our table although there was a table set for 3 people that was left untouched the whole time we were there.
