Okami - Bendigo

We waited an hour to get the drinks we ordered in the heat. It was so hot in there with the sun blazing on us through the window and the air conditioner was switched off. We asked the waiter to turn the air conditioner on but it didn't happen. I was in a lather of sweat. It was super busy in there and extremely loud. Very disappointing was the whole experience

As always the food was great however, dishes were very slow to get out to us. I feel that due to Valentine’s Day that they were overwhelmed due to “extra” tables being opened, with not enough wait and kitchen staff to accommodate this.

Delicious food as always! Very fast service, our table was never without food for the whole time we were there. Very speedy with drinks too. All staff we encountered were absolutely lovely to talk to. We love going to Okami bendigo.

Fantastic food as always but crazy busy and the second half of our seating window it was a struggle to get food. Then the two hour window timeframe arrived as did the ‘final orders please’ and we hadn’t even been able to get dessert before then - definitely need more staff perhaps on busy nights

Helpful staff but they were very busy so a little slow. Fairly nice decor inside. Food was pretty good but would have been helpful if we were told the serves for a la carte was extremely generous. Though we would eat less not ordering the 'all you can eat' menu but ended up wasting a good portion of our meals.

They were short of staffs. However the lady that served our area she was amazing. She was very polite and very attentive. Food was nice.

Some orders never made the table and it was too slow in between food delivery to the table. Need 2 more wait staff at least. They'd be making enough money to cover this no problem. Food was nice though.

disappointed this visit many favs not available on the menu anymore . For example Cold soba noodles Service was slow between dishes and staff were pushing for patrons t have dessert and move on .Shame will go elsewhere used to be so good
