A very enjoyable experience and style of menu selection; food was delicious; staff very pleasant and helpful. We were limited bu time due to a later engagement and would have enjoyed being able to stay the full 2 hours and not having to rush. First time so aa a slow eater probably would have been better choosing directly from the menu Maybe more relaxed explanation re All You Can Eat menu Next time

We did not get half the food we ordered and the portion sizes were not even enough for the whole family, I would not recommend coming here with a large group of people

Come here a few times and everytime the service, politeness and food quality is exceptional.

Great food and value, however some of the meals took 25+ minutes and noticed food going out to people who ordered well after us. Getting attention of waiters was pretty hard. Some food didn't end up even coming and went to wrong tables.

Food and service excellent! Value for money also on par. Only issue was a teething issue with the new ordering app but it wasn't that much of an issue as the staff were quick to do a manual order once we notified them. Look forward to going back

Despite being a busy Saturday night, both the service and the food did not disappoint. Quality did not drop from the first experience I had at a chilled Sunday lunch mid last year. All flavours of the dishes were amazing and super quick food service from initial order to arrival at the table meant most of the food was still sizzling hot when arriving. Just a great quality visit all round! Well done to all!

Efficient and friendly service by the wait staff. All were friendly and obliging to all our requests. The food was delicious and came out promptly after having ordered. Would definitely recommend Okami Bendigo to my friends! 😀

Leslie is an amazing host. The food and service are exceptional. Love it.

We love the food at Okami and the all you can eat style. Ordering more of anything you like etc. Some of our orders were missed and some went to the table next to us by mistake. We did wait a bit longer to have these issue fixed. Still happy to go back again.
