always reliable for a family feed. even with kids paying $20, it was still worthwhile

It has a fancier atmosphere than its Mawson branch. Parking can be a bit difficult but same great food and service.

Our first time here and wow! A great experience and were so well fed from the many choices.

Terrible experience. Understaffed, waited 45 minutes for a bowl of steamed rice. No dishes came out at the same time and when we asked staff for our food they could not tell us what was going on or what was left of our original order to come out. Had to ask 4 times for a glass of wine that was ordered an hour prior. Overcharged us aswell which was a kick in the guts considering we didn't even get all of our food before we decide to leave still hungry. Poor service all around. Very disappointed. Should not have as many 5 star reviews on google as you do.

Very average food (some were quite poorly made worst than mass production) for this all-you-can-eat dinner Noisy ambience Service was slow and lacking or prompt and attentiveness as most of the time you need to waive to catch their attention. Table clearing also lacking of attention (take one plate off and leave their other empty behind). Lacking of warm - rather deal with a robot delivery at least it spells the word "Thank you" Didn't even rectify prior booking made Been there done done and not worth returning.

Some food was good. However chicken was dry and over cooked making it not edible.

Just the order was always to late. We wait more than 35 minutes for one of those.

We went early and the food service was fast. As it got busier, the food service slowed down. The staff were very friendly, efficient and competent, it's just it was busy. One piece of advice - if a table of 3 with a person under 18 orders the 6 beer special, please have the 4 other beers on ice rather than sit there for an hour getting hot.

The food was very slow to come out. In the first thirty minutes we had only received one miso soup. When we asked the waitress about it she said there was a large order in front, which was not the case because the table next to us had ordered at the same time and had received ten dishes but then. I will not come back here.

Great food, with helpful staff. Unfortunately we were seated under speakers and that combined with general noise made it hard to talk. We booked, so didn't choose our table - it was good because lots of room, but would ask to be seated in a quieter spot next time.

Great service and environment, tables could be a little bigger. Not enough room. There needs to be a spicy mayo or spicy sauce option on nigiri. The aburi nigiri was hardly aburi but delicious none the less

Beef was great, most other dishes were good. The rice was dry and not fully cooked. We waited a long time for most of our orders, and some of them never arrived.

The first table we sat at was ridiculously wobbly, although we were moved quickly, we note that someone else was sat there. The food was not particularly hot when it arrived at the table, which was disappointing.

After ordering our main we waited for 20+ minutes, however people around us that came well after we’d been seated were receiving their meals.

Crowded a la carte all you can eat buffet restaurant. Decent food that you order via your phone. Food takes some time to arrive so do bear that in mind given the 2 hour eating time. Our food order went missing twice but it was rectified by staff. Dessert was good.

We booked a table for 8 people at 5.45pm, supposed to have two hours of dinning time. We got asked by a waitree to leave at 7.30 once as the next group had arrived. We were about to do gift for the birthday people. I asked if we could just stay for another few minutes to finish up. Less than 1 minute, another waitress came and asked us to leave. I told her we could stay until 7.45. thats not very nice. Im not happy with the arrangement. If we are meant to have 2 hpurs, we can stay until 7.45.there are a number of empty tables that they could have let the other group seated. I cannot understand why they had to rush us to leave. Definitely not happy with this.

Food was good but our first order took more than 40 minutes income out (including our drinks) It seemed to be shortstaffed. Same happened last visit to Braddon, however went in Albury recently and was fast and really great. Also not a big fan of the QR code ordering.

It was our first time to visit the branch and it was a great experience. The servings of the food are the right amount to try everything. The taste is awesome. But i just saw that 2 of our dishes are not consistently prepared, a meat is hanging outside the plate and some meat are burnt. And with the staffs just noticed that only 2 are approachable and smiling. Overall it was great.
