Okami - Braddon

It was great having dinner with the whole family with our favorite food.

Very loud, not enough staff working, tables too close together. But food was delicious as always and the staff were very nice.

Great value for money. Good family venue. We are regulars.

Have been to this restaurant numerous times and have loved it each time but last night took a friend for her first time and it was a bit disappointing as they kept forgetting to bring out dishes from our order and we spent more time sitting waiting for dishes that when they came back to take our next orders and we said we hadn't got all of the last order it had to be chased up. We have up on some things which was not the experience I have had before.

Food taste alright. Nothing special. Some taste bland. Service is good:)

Service was poor. Ordered gif which didn't come out. Ordered the same thing 5 times before we're got it. Food quality was poor - tough cold food. Portion sizes were small. Mawson experience was much better.

Food was delicious. A group with 9 eleven year olds & they thoroughly loved it. Wait staff were lovely.

Service at the Braddon store was So slow. Then was told after 1 hour that this is would be our order we had to be out in half hour time.. terrible. The one at Mawson is much better and friendly.

Very friendly staff but we would be asked to order more within 30 seconds of just being asked. Table allocation should be organised better The freshly cooked food was great but the sashimi platter was dry and we got two plates straight up and then the tempura was disappointing The yakiniku beef was missing its garnish The ice cream was lovely but served in a plastic container The staff filled one side of the restaurant so we were crowded and then they filled the other side but our side wasn’t cleared

We very much enjoy dining at Okami. This is our sixth visits in 3 months.

Booking a table online was easy. The food was delicious. The customer service was great

Celebrated Fathers Day with the whole family. Noticed that there is no enough staff preparing food but it was a good experience dining in this branch.

Good food and fast service, would come back again always

We are 17 people but they let us order maximum of 4 orders at a time and ask us to wait for the food to come before placing another order. Other people on our table waited too long before they get to order.

Overall, a good lunch.　A young man who served us was lovely but others were so-so.

Omani always has tasty food and friendly service! I’ll be back again.

Food was quite good. It’s super noisy though. The whole ordering is a bit chaotic when the place is full and you literally have to flap yr arms to get the waiter’s attention. Once you got the food it Was pretty good

Really it was a good experience. Staff are treated us well and food was so good can't explain by words ,it's mouth watering.

Food was ok. Felt rushed to order only a certain number of dishes and kept asking if that was our last order. Waited 20 minutes for a fork and our drinks. The cheap to make dishes were much bigger than the meat dishes etc. wouldn’t go back at that price. Thanks

Over all was fine thank you. Dish could have been slightly better

All meat quality is good. Sushi and sashimi are too cold; it feels like they came from the refrigerator but are still fresh. What we see in the menu picture differs from the food served. We took the AYCE package for two people, but the quality of the dishes was not that worth that much.

If your wanting a relaxed evening this restaurant is not for you. We were very rushed into the ordering process. Inexperienced team member.

Great food and a good collection of Japanese food. Highly recommend this place but make sure you have a booking as it is always full.

Great quality food, stuff service is ok. Too long time to wait between each round of ordering, especially for this So-called max 2 hours period. We started at 17:45, by the time of 19:10 ish, the stuff keep asking for the last order which make us feel quite anxious and uncomfortable, have to rush to finish dinner. Maybe need more stuff to help to speed up during peak time.

We were generally pleased with our dining experience. The food was very good.
