we normally go to Sunbury but was unable to get in so we went to caroline spring, we waited for hour and 10 minutes for one of the items and 2 of the other things we ordered didn't come at all

Customer service was good. Food comes fast. Most of the dishes that we ordered were tasty, especially the beef salads. However, we didn't like the fried noodles which is bland.

The food didn’t look anything like the menu, we received slow and blunt customer service, and there wasn’t as much variety of food as other Okami restaurants locations. Won’t be going again.

Love OKAMI, it’s changed a lot since we started going to Footscray years ago, bit stingier on the sushi and sashimi servings. They bring them out very slowly so you fill up on everything else. Trying to get a waiters attention to order food is a mission, they walk around with there heads down and walk past

Amazing food, efficient, fast service and super value for money.

The food was great and came out quickly. However, we struggled any time we wanted to make an order. Possibley this location is understaffed? Additionally, we found the few staff working avoided attending tables more than once or twice in a session. If there was more attentive and welcoming customer service i would give a 5 star review.

Everything was good, except for some dishes that got to our table very late, we weren't sure if they are available or still going to come.

We ordered 3 times and our order was not processed. The service was extremely slow. I hope the service in future is better and at the same level as other Okami restaurants.The service Bieber was friendly and all the staff seemed to be trying.
