Food was amazing Service was impeccable and the staff are so friendly I would sooo recommend them too anyone and I can’t wait to go back again.

Okami is always great! I visit all the time with friends, always great service and food! Would highly recommend.

Food is fresh and hot. We recommend ordering 4 or 5 dishes at a time and when they are nearly finished order another batch. Great restaurant, well worth a try.

The food quality, service and general atmosphere are always great. Has become a fave place to go for date nights...make sure you book as it’s popular every night of the week! 😁

We were sat in the corner and felt ignored all night, we may have excused some of the bad service if they were packed, but this was a night where there were empty tables around us. Drinks that took 45mins to arrive when other tables are getting theirs before us is unacceptable. 2 out of 5 food orders were forgotten, and to top it off our bill was delivered at 7.15pm as a hint to vacate the table for the next sitting, before our main course had arrived! This used to be a great place to come, the service has severly declined to the point where we will not be returning.

Lovely food and wait staff were very helpful. Orders came out quickly and we enjoyed our night. Only negative is the acoustics of the room, was very hard to hear everyone with the noise from other groups. All in all a very enjoyable night and we will definitely be back again soon.

Great experience, although the wait staff seemed unhappy serving our large table, food from the chief was delicious, quick, fresh and just kept coming. Table was cleared for cake which is always nice. No splitting bill was a little challenging with such a large group. We found the Restaurant to be clean, welcoming and comfortable.

Always having a great time with good freash food at Okami Chirnside park. Staffs are very friendly even in a very busy night. It's one of my favourite restaurant. Thank you.

If you want value for money, great food and fantastic service then you can’t go past Okami Chirnside Park. I am never disappointed with this family friendly all you can eat restaurant. There is a great variety of food on offer and all cooked to order no food sitting around in warming trays. I have a regular booking each month plus I go with friends other times. It gets very busy so booking before you go is a must or go on a Sunday for lunch bookings are good but not needed on this Sunday’s 😊

Food was yummy, fresh and well presented. Carpaccio was excellent, potato croquettes ordinary, sashimi great and miso beef delish. Service good, very noisy but worth a return

Excellent food, great price, average service. Manager saved the day several times when we had been waiting 10 minutes to be severed, or to have empty dishes taken away, etc.

Food is awesome and always comes out fresh, thought it’s tecomm that you book ahead as it gets pretty busy, and if you need more than an hour you need to book for 7.30pm onwards

Love this place! Food and atmosphere are awesome. Clean, great service and sooo delicious! Easy booking online. This is the second time in two weeks we’ve been back and wouldn’t hesitate to go again soon.

Great food, delicious, fresh flavours, steak with miso sauce was so delicious and tender! great service, the staff are very polite! Super noisy on a Friday night!!! very difficult to have a conversation. We had the 7.45pm seating, I think if you book earlier you only get a 2hr seating, Definitely will visit again!!! Thank you!

This is my 8th visit. Food was excellent as usual. The place was very busy for a Tuesday night but the staff coped well. I took a new group of friends and they were thrilled with the food and the experience.

Amazing dinner perfect hospitality quick easy delicious upon arrival you are greeted in a lovely manner and brought your table within minutes I often go to Okami

Food was hot and fresh and came out very quickly. Staff were knowledgeable and were very accommodating as well as being prompt and efficient. We enjoyed ourselves and are looking to going back with our family members and friends.

Needed more staff last night. Wait times was quite long at times. One scoop of ice cream took 20 mins. Food is always great but service let them down this time.

We found the people around us got their food much quicker than us and we had to ask for the same thing a few times before actually getting it. Have been before and was much better than this time.

Absolutely appalling- service and food. Won’t be back. So disappointed. The restaurant owners should be embarrassed regarding level of service offered and the quality of food; they shouldn’t offer an all you can eat if they can’t serve decent Japanese food.

Went on a Friday night at 6pm. Great food & staff. The food came out super fast, and could not fault it. Left very satisfied.

Not as great as last visit, very noisy and slow service! Still friendly staff and good food. Putting it down to a busier time of year.

Food excellent but staff run off their feet Main order came before entre’ and 1 drink was forgotten. Would recommend but 8pm sitting would be better I think

A bit noisy , service a little slow to start as they were busy had to ask could we order drinks . Good quality food at a good price $32.50 per head will have a better idea on what to order next time

the food is awesome given the take aeay menu has loads more on it but its still reslly good to eat in, though booking is very important as they are very busy. but overall worth going to

Food is lovely and the service is excellent. Waiters are always asking if you would like anything else. Empty plates are always cleared straight away. The only downfall is that it can be quite noisy in the restaurant.

There is no better place than Okami in Chirnside park food great service and staff fantastic I will always go here for eating out I go at least once a month and have always felt welcomed and they look after you exceptionally well ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😊

The food was delicious and the service was great. We took interstate relatives for a late Saturday night dinner and we weren't rushed and enjoyed the evening.
