It was the first time for 2 of the people that come and come back again

servers were good but after 6pm the food we ordered didn't come out. I had to ask after it twice. enjoyed the food as always. but just wish it came out quicker.

Staff wasn't attentive as usual. In fact, there was no overall conversation. Like hello, how are you? How can l help you? Would you like more? Otherwise, the food was as good as I know. Plus ,we could have walked out without paying, but I went back in and called a young lady to let us pay. I still love Okami 😊

This was our first attendance to Omani at Craigieburn. A variety of meals choices, good quality of food and friendly staff made this restaurant a good value for money. We will come back and recommend Omani at Craigieburn if you are a Japanese cuisine lover!

waited over 40 minutes for food to come out after asking about it 3 times ended up leaving and getting KFC on the way home total waste of money
