Everything was a great experience for us, this was our first visit to a Japanese restaurant, service was amazing, food kept coming out continuously as we ordered, some food was great and some needed extra flavour, but was presented and looked very appetising, it was very busy, so very well done to all the service staff! Thank you for an interesting evening! We love the robots that bought the food in and out of the kitchen, now that was a first! Than you 🙏

Lucky to get a booking before lock down hit, but service was quick hit and miss, we kept getting the table next to us order multiple times. Was quite annoying at the end. Was very very busy, very hard to get waiters attention.

Amazing food with great taste.Just very slow waiters And I found a fly in the salad. Still highly recommended and I will be going back again.

Having been to another okami before, this one had a more relaxed feel so food came at a slower pace

We have been here a few times & it’s been great but last night was terrible when we got food it was cold or chicken uncooked we only got half of what we ordered and waited for 10 to 15 minutes between plates . 5 people we were all hungry so as soon as they put the food on the table it was gone only to watch the staff walk pass our table to another with the same stuff we ordered thinking here it is but we never got anything. Very disappointing last night probably won’t go back to craigieburn

We were at a table in a corner seemed to get missed by the staff on a number of occassions

Orders were taking too long to come out and trying to get waiters to take your order was another issue.

Great tasting food but unfortunately 4 dishes I ordered weren’t bought to my table. The waiter’s are run of their feet so stopping one and telling them is very hard to do.

All the staff they are all accommodating and very nice.

3 times we went to restaurant. Ussualy always happy with the food or service. Just last nite, maybe they short of the staff. I could tell they a bit struggle . The waiting for the next food very long even we had to cancel 1 of the food dish as we finished but the rice didn’t come yet. The fried rice we had burnt mix maybe from too long stay in the pan. The staff still smile but I could tell they struggle to handle every one order, they jumped here there like machine . Even I could see from my table the trouble they got from take away order customers . Hope next time back to normal which mean pleasant good quality meal and happy staff.

Amazing restaurant! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to try Japanese food for the first time as they give you the opportunity to be introduced to a range of foods. Have already gone back after trying this restaurant a couple weeks ago, cannot praise enough!
