Would go again. Great food and service. Yummy and clean
Another great night spent eating out at Okami. It’s my family’s favourite restaurant 😊❤️
Awesome visit! Thanks so much. Love this place so much.
This sleek spot on Station Street boasts glossy red chairs, brick feature wall and low lighting with some unique light shades, giving it that classic Melbourne feel to match the menu perfectly. You’ll find an extensive selection of Japanese dishes at Okami’s Fairfield location, and the all-you-can-eat option is arguably the best value for money in Melbourne. To begin, we recommend Okami’s famous octopus balls served with tonkatsu and wasabi mayonnaise, agedashi tofu, chicken karaage and seasoned squid served with fresh vegetables.
Then, for the main event, Okami offers a range of options including perfectly grilled steak marinated in miso, seafood tempura, stirfried noodles with chicken and vegetables, cold soba noodles and teriyaki chicken. You’ll also find a range of sushi rolls and sashimi as well as a very tempting dessert menu featuring the famous green tea or black sesame ice cream. You won’t be leaving Okami in Fairfield hungry, that’s for sure. This is a Melbourne Japanese institution, so do yourself a favour and book a table now!
