Delicious as always. Got to experience a greater variety of sushi going with a group of 4. Staff were attentive to my friends food allergies and accommodated as needed.

The food and value was amazing unfortuntley the service not so much, we wanted to split the bill and they had a lot of attitude about it and it was uncomfortable and a lot of us wernt told the 7.30pm seating was for 7.45pm and there were people waiting outside in 5 degree weather as they wernt allowed to wait inside

So many different varieties to try. Something for everybody whether it be seafood, chicken or even something more random that you would never think of. One of my new favourites and will be coming back here again in the future !!

We regularly eat here, we find this okami’s the best out of Narre Warren and Frankston. Service is the best and food is the best. The only thing I find the noise is very loud especially when the restaurant is full. That goes for the 3 Okami’s. But the service friendly face and the fresh food out ways the noise.

The food was great as always at Okami. However, it was our first visit to the Cranbourne restaurant and we were not impressed with the cold atmosphere of the restaurant, staff and temperature. Unfriendly staff and being freezing cold really spoiled the overall dining experience at Cranbourne Okami.

we sat for 20 minutes before we were approached to even order some drinks, and when we finally got the eye of someone, we ordered EVERYTHING.. usually when you order condiments as extras, its helpful if they come out at the start, not after you've eaten everything. wasn't overly impressed with this visit at all.

Second time at OKAMI and the food and service were wonderful. I have told many friends about this place and I’m sure they, like me, will be regular diners. The online reservation facility is easy and convenient too.

Very good food and experince but could work on having more staff on the floor because we had to sometimes wait 10 to 15 mins with our hands raised up to order but i do understand since it seems like one waiter was on the floor while what I observed was the other were just standing there. I don't mind waitinf but the 2 hour thing you have and waiting this long to order is kind of frustrating. Overall, I would say it was still a good time.

The food was really nice but the service was poor. It seemed like the staff were more interested in cleaning the restaurant and setting up for tomorrow rather than checking on the people eating in. There was a number of times we wanted to order but they all had their backs to us doing other things. Better service at the Frankston restaurant. We felt like they wanted us to leave so they could close as they came around asking for last orders more than an hour before they close (times listed online). Not great to be honest.

Even thought it was a busy night and we had a large group with bigger appetites - we did not wait long for the food and the girl looking after our table was very friendly (7:45pm session 17.04.21)

The food was excellent as always. the music was a little bit loud at the start of the session but as more people came the voices tuned out the music a bit but would be better if they could increase the music as the restaurant filled up instead of it being so loud from the very beginning. otherwise a lovely evening
