super slow service even had to go ask for ordering qr code as It wasnt given to the table. food was super slow and not cooked right or over cooked

Good sushi, but it's such a popular place so quite noisy.

There were no chopsticks or soy sauce on the table. Was told that they had no chopsticks left(kinda weird). Food came out cold. And customer service was poor at best.(seemed like no one knew what they were doing)

The service at the specific okami is horrific. They make you feel like you’re an inconvenience to them by being in the restaurant

We Could not order off phone as no interntt service.

Food was fabulous, the staff were impressive to say the least. It was no trouble to be moved to the far side of the restaurant even though it meant setting up a large table for us. Thank you, we really appreciated it.

Great service, food was delicious and well presented. Only issue is the QR code doesn't work due to lack of reception in venue. Staff were quick to accomodate however and offer table service.

The staff was friendly and polite , the food was ok. The steak combination was tough ( not to usual standard) the empty plates just left on our table and it took one dish so long to come out that we had already had dessert. We normally go to Narre Warren but on Tuesday it’s closed and every time we go to Cranbourne I remember why we go elsewhere.

The menu is extensive. The food is freshly made. Staff were a little hard to get their attention to order more food. But eventually got around to us.

The food is great quality but most of it is barely warm. The ordering system isn’t the best to figure out and sometimes the wait times are a tad long. And it’s hard to get staff attention if u need it. The value for money is reasonable. Overall an ok night out

Great place for small or group bookings. Food is tasty, fresh and plentiful. Wait staff are attentive and service relatively swift. New waste policy introduced which is a great idea, too many people over order and then it gets thrown out. Won’t happen now with new policy, people will be reluctant to be paying more $$. Good value for money for freshly cooked all you can eat.

Few dishes served was not hot enough (almost cold cooked meat). Taste is not consistent with the same dish ordered for the second time.
