We are very disappointed this time because we felt like they rushed us to eat our food because they keep bringing out our orders although the table was full and there’s no place to put them I know we’ve order 3 sets at the same time because we were hungry but if they see the table is full they should atleast wait until we have space before they bring out the food. There’s 10 people and we paid so much to eat here and we love Okami every birthdays we come here to eat because of this experience we will never eat here again maybe it’s time to explore other Japanese restaurants. I was so excited to bring my family from California to eat here and didn’t expect to experience this we are very disappointed. My sister wanted to give 10% tip (AUD$41) but I said no because of the experience so we only give $20.

The sushi at Okami in Cranbourne was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend

On arrival for our booking, which was 7:45pm, we where quickly greeted and seated. It was meant to be a 2 hour dining experiance. However, we where told we only had until 8:50 to place orders. Food was good but felt rushed. I would still give the food a 7.5 service 6 over all experiance 7.

Service was slow and it was the restaurant was drafty. Food wasn’t hot. There was only 6 patrons and things ran very slowly. Don’t think I’d go there again.

Back when the price $30 something to now $43 I seee the menu upgrade and can definitely tell it’s worth it!!! Hungry tummy’s to satisfied tummy’s definitely worth visiting again.

It was a very good experience especially with a 1 year old.

Food tasted great, can’t fault the service. Sunday is the only day that has a lunch service need annother day, maybe Saturday. Overall a bit pricey and suggest they adopt Lunch Buffetts for under $20 like some other stores.
