Service was slow and it was the restaurant was drafty. Food wasn’t hot. There was only 6 patrons and things ran very slowly. Don’t think I’d go there again.

Back when the price $30 something to now $43 I seee the menu upgrade and can definitely tell it’s worth it!!! Hungry tummy’s to satisfied tummy’s definitely worth visiting again.

It was a very good experience especially with a 1 year old.

Food tasted great, can’t fault the service. Sunday is the only day that has a lunch service need annother day, maybe Saturday. Overall a bit pricey and suggest they adopt Lunch Buffetts for under $20 like some other stores.

We were having a family catch up before Christmas, and the food is always great at Okami I couldn’t complain about any of the dishes we ordered. We ate till our hearts were content! I’ve never had an issue with anything, but you have to be quick if you want to ask the wait staff a question, or need something, because they move quickly between tables. The food comes out in what seems like seconds of you placing your order. The beef carpaccio is so simple and delicious, if that were all I ate d be happy!. I highly recommend you try Okami, if you haven’t already.

We had trouble scanning the QR code as where we were seated we had no reception on our phone, perhaps look into free wifi for this reason Kids screaming was frustrating, your staff can remind parents there are other people in the restaurant

Food is always amazeing fresh and great quality how ever did feel the teriyaki chicken was different chicken was like fish very soft but overall was still happy with the food defenitly will return in the future.

The food is amazing and the staff were helpful and friendly but the things that really kills the rating are the bad acoustics, you can't hear yourself or across the table during a busy sitting and the poor internet coverage for ordering. In house tablets on your own table running off WiFi like Pakenham, would solve that as it seemed some staff weren't really keen on taking table orders. Not recommend for anyone who struggles hearing in busy spaces.

super slow service even had to go ask for ordering qr code as It wasnt given to the table. food was super slow and not cooked right or over cooked

Good sushi, but it's such a popular place so quite noisy.

There were no chopsticks or soy sauce on the table. Was told that they had no chopsticks left(kinda weird). Food came out cold. And customer service was poor at best.(seemed like no one knew what they were doing)

The service at the specific okami is horrific. They make you feel like you’re an inconvenience to them by being in the restaurant

Food was fabulous, the staff were impressive to say the least. It was no trouble to be moved to the far side of the restaurant even though it meant setting up a large table for us. Thank you, we really appreciated it.

The staff was friendly and polite , the food was ok. The steak combination was tough ( not to usual standard) the empty plates just left on our table and it took one dish so long to come out that we had already had dessert. We normally go to Narre Warren but on Tuesday it’s closed and every time we go to Cranbourne I remember why we go elsewhere.
