I took my family out for an early dinner on Saturday and was very happy with the dining experience.

We selected entrees and mains from the menu yet when I paid the account we were charged for three buffets. My wife’s main arrived 30 minutes after we had all finished our meals. Then the waiter had the audacity to ask as after if we wanted more food. The food is great can’t fault them on that yet the customer service is very lacking.

We were sitting behind a very very loud crowd that I couldn’t even hear the person sitting next to me. The manager didn’t do anything about it and another patron had to yell at the other crowd to shut up

Great cheap & cheerful, entry level Japanese. Set price per person, order as much as you like from the QR code. They offer BYO and are also licensed. Food flies out of the kitchen quickly, so there's always a few dishes on the table for everyone to nosh on.

Excellent food. You'd struggle to believe it is all you can eat. So much better than the other Okamis in Melbourne. It gets very noisy up the back. So if you want a quieter experience ask for a seat in the front section.
