The restuarant was a little far for us but the food is always great and tge staff were very nice

They were ridiculously quick this time. It didn’t make for an enjoyable dinner.

It was very busy and so it was quite noisy, but everything else was great.

The service was poor and it took too long for dishes to come out. Only had 7 dishes making it over $10 per dish absolute rip off considering we were there for over an hour and had to hair half an hour for dishes to come out, Would have loved to order more but didn’t have time to sit there for another 30 minutes to wait for food to come out

Fantastic food and service. Great value too. The seats could be more comfortable, they were hard to sit on but otherwise everything was great.

the food was very good, the environment was nice and clean, the service was good until almost the end of the dinner, I noticed that in my glass of lemon and lime bitter inside I thought there were some pieces of lemon, but then looking more closely I saw that they were grains of rice, I told the waitress and she immediately apologized and called her manager I think, who came with an authoritative tone and told me that it wasn't their fault, I wanted to let it go also because they were celebrating a birthday, and I didn't want to argue, after that we no longer had table service, and to have a dessert I had to call the person serving several times, I'll start by saying that the place wasn't full, I hope that whoever puts someone in charge to be the manager is sure that he knows how to do his job.

On a cold evening in Melbourne, Okami came to the rescue! Welcoming and helpful staff, and plates and plates of delicious Japanese food. From the sushi to the chicken teriyaki and everything in between, the food was outstanding! By the end of our sitting, we had eaten far too much. Looking forward to our next visit

Food was great and didn't take long to get to us. However, it was hard to get the attention of the waiters. Other than that, great atmosphere, good vibes, and the waiters always served us with a smile! :)
