Wonderful as always..on this occasion I have to give a shout out to the manageress..she was short staffed, but kept her eye and finger on the pulse the entire evening, she navigated between ordering, serving and directing staff and managed to run the register when the meals ended. A true inspiration and made us fell welcome and well looked after.

Have been wanting to take the family here for a while but always booked out. Oh my Lordy was it worth the wait!!!! Food was Delicious and the variety was amazing. We walked in with one belly walked out with two!!!! The staff also were brilliant making sure we always had several courses in front of us. Thank you so much 😊Will definitely be returning

Food is always amazing! Fresh, fast and delicious 😋 However we requested a table which would need to fit two prams (we have 2, 5 month olds) and when we got to our table there was barely enough room for one pram let alone two. When we approached the staff we were told they had to allow more space for people instead of the prams! It was my birthday dinner and my son was squashed behind me and close to another table, the lady couldn’t even get out of her chair. Then we when we were ordering we were told by our waitress what we could and couldn’t order. She said that we had ordered enough for our table. We tried to explain that we had vegetarians at our table and she still insisted we had ordered enough. There were sooo many people in there, we couldn’t even hear each other to have a conversation. I would suggest that you look at providing better customer service instead of getting more revenue or perhaps look at a bigger venue.

We had a great time at Okami Frankston with party of 9. Staff was very helpful and nice and service quick. Could not fault anything else except it was quite noisy in the restaurant, with a longer table it was hard to hear the other end. Otherwise very good.

Overall good experience with very nice food well presented, good value for money. However noise level is a serious problem and has led us to go there less often than we otherwise would. Can I suggest installation of noise absorbing material on ceiling and noise absorbing panels suspended from ceiling. We have noticed how effective these are in other venues.

It was way to hot, which made it uncomfortable And we had to stand numerous times to get the attention of the wait staff.

Extremely noisy and impossible to hear or speak, prices are creeping up a little by little every time we go back, getting to a stage where its not as affordable and good value as it was initially..food is always good, but i think at $70 per couple its getting into a range where there are some high end restaraunts with intimacy and atmosphere that become a better option

Delicious food. Service took a little while and drinks didn't come until half way through entrees, but it's such a popular restaurant that you'd expect to wait a bit.

It is really annoying when the website said that the time limit of two hours only applies on Friday and Saturday, however we were there on Monday and the waitress come to tell us to order our last order after only being seated for 1 hour. I don't think it is fair to rush the customer out the door.
