We had several entree not come. After asking several times we just gave up and went on to mains. We also did not receive a beer and had to ask several times. Food was lovely

I went to Hampton okami and thought it was fabulous. Thought I’d take my bf to okami in frankston to show him how awesome it was. Poor service resulting in too many customers to the amount of staff leaving my bf and I astray for half an hour at a time. Very disappointed I must say

Restaurant was busy, waiter forgot some of the foods we ordered. Took a while waiting on food and were served cold teriyaki chicken and other foods. We were served steamed rice ordered earlier on, at the very end of the sitting, which left us eating rice in it's own.

Food was good however had to grab a staff member every time we wanted to order we would sit there for ages not being served, there was no customer service and I have been here many times and split the bill and they were absolutely refusing to last night. Very annoying as a big group one of us we struggled to pay the bill.

The food was ok, but often only either cold or barely warm and with very little taste. Lacking in spice that you usually get at Japanese restaurants. Our order was taken twice by different staff, who insisted we re-order, and we ended up with food being doubled up. We waited half an hour to order and had to seek out our own wine glasses. We won’t be back. Disappointed.

food was incredible! It was so busy, yet food still came out quick, hot and perfect as if it was just us in the restaurant. Would highly recommend!

Excellent food! Nice family atmosphere. Friendly staff but not very attentive. We waited quite a while for service during the evening. No liquor license was a bit disappointing too. I’d definitely give them another try though.

WE were shown to our table and then told it was not our table and placed on a smaller one - there were six of us and it was quite squashy. Then 4 people were placed at the larger space. Go figure?

Overall an awesome evening. All the food was really good and very good value for money. The only thing that lets this place down is its very noisy. Apart from that I’ll be back.
