Great service and the QR code makes ordering so simple

The food was delicious and all of it came out very fast. It wasn't very busy surprisingly so it wasn't too loud.

Everything great. Love the QR code ordering. Staff did a great job clearing our plates off the tables quickly.

Don’t like that they don’t split bills. I haven’t been to a restaurant or cafe in more than 5 years that doesn’t allow you to spit the bill.

We spent nearly $700 for a table of 12 and the complete lack of customer service... is appalling .. we are regulars to okami resturants, and have to say that this was the WORST experience ever, you are better off travelling 10 more minutes to cranbourne who are great. The attached photo is just a sample of dirty dishes that were left on the table after asking for them to be removed 4 times, and the other end of the table dishes, only got moved after personally moving them to an empty table nearby. The staff here have no clue what is going on, drinks that were ordered never came, i personally went up to the register and asked for a drink that was ordered over 30 minutes before hand, and had it handed to me, food that was ordered never came, and food that was ordered once came multiple times... if I could honestly give service no stars I very much would! When mentioning to management about my dissatisfaction and concern, they really didn't care less, and excuse was we are just busy.. this does NOT EXCUSE lack of customer service..and being to actually recieve what you order.. hospitality is always busy! if this is the experience at frankston, I really do wonder how they are still in busy and I really hope for everyone's sake they are not in business much longer. AGAIN WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Was a very busy night so understandably noisy but we kept getting food we didn’t order and even when requested using the card system, no servers were stopping at our table to help us. Food was amazing as always but yeah not the best customer experience.

Great service, excellent menu with many choices, all dishes excellent quality, if you are a senior ensure you are charged accordingly, unfortunately this is the 2nd time of incorrect charge

Did the unusual thing of al la carte menu, not all you can eat - perfect. Staff were attentive, we didn't feel rushed or pressured to move. Food was fresh, hot and delicious.

You have order at your table using your phone, it’s clunky and cumbersome. Food was delicious and I think there may be a couple of new dishes. Food does come out pretty quick. I’m not sure you get bang for your buck food wise. Cost $364 for 7 people including drinks. For a family of 4 it’s expensive.

We had a large birthday booking that the staff easily accommodated for us. Staff even shut the lights off and brought out our cake with lit candles to sing Happy Birthday. Absolutely fantastic service. Always is whenever we go!

The food was great. But the restaurant decided to cut our reservation short by half an hour and closed the kitchen earlier.

The website advertises 'all you can eat, including sashimi,' but that’s misleading. The actual offer is limited to the plates on the menu, and there’s no sashimi plate available. They fill you up with items most people probably won’t enjoy, and if you leave anything on the plate, they threaten to charge you extra! Overall, it’s not worth it—save your time and money by going elsewhere
