Nothing to eat, a whole big scam. They took everything off their menu.

STAY AWAY FROM THE FRANKSTON Store! I regret not checking the Google reviews before heading there. We're regulars at the Narre Warren Okami and haven’t encountered issues until now. While they’ve been reducing food options over the years, it’s still a decent spot for a treat with family or friends. However, our experience at FRANKSTON OKAMI was disappointing. The food quality and service are pretty the same and since the restaurant wasn't busy, our order arrived quickly. But we were hit with a $15 charge for food waste, which felt completely unfair. We noticed that the table next to us left food uneaten, yet they weren’t charged. It’s hard not to feel targeted when our table was just a few steps from the cashier counter. We won’t be returning to Frankston Okami

An amazing experience. Staff were very friendly and professional, food was amazing and restaurant was very clean and trendy. Very happy.

Only complaint is new ordering system. Also no menus to view like before. I think that’s needs to return.

Don’t like that they don’t split bills. I haven’t been to a restaurant or cafe in more than 5 years that doesn’t allow you to spit the bill.

We spent nearly $700 for a table of 12 and the complete lack of customer service... is appalling .. we are regulars to okami resturants, and have to say that this was the WORST experience ever, you are better off travelling 10 more minutes to cranbourne who are great. The attached photo is just a sample of dirty dishes that were left on the table after asking for them to be removed 4 times, and the other end of the table dishes, only got moved after personally moving them to an empty table nearby. The staff here have no clue what is going on, drinks that were ordered never came, i personally went up to the register and asked for a drink that was ordered over 30 minutes before hand, and had it handed to me, food that was ordered never came, and food that was ordered once came multiple times... if I could honestly give service no stars I very much would! When mentioning to management about my dissatisfaction and concern, they really didn't care less, and excuse was we are just busy.. this does NOT EXCUSE lack of customer service..and being to actually recieve what you order.. hospitality is always busy! if this is the experience at frankston, I really do wonder how they are still in busy and I really hope for everyone's sake they are not in business much longer. AGAIN WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Was a very busy night so understandably noisy but we kept getting food we didn’t order and even when requested using the card system, no servers were stopping at our table to help us. Food was amazing as always but yeah not the best customer experience.

Great service, excellent menu with many choices, all dishes excellent quality, if you are a senior ensure you are charged accordingly, unfortunately this is the 2nd time of incorrect charge

Did the unusual thing of al la carte menu, not all you can eat - perfect. Staff were attentive, we didn't feel rushed or pressured to move. Food was fresh, hot and delicious.

Attended as we had 2 birthdays, everything was perfect we all left very happy

As always great food great service.. always bring my bowl of ginger wen first seated .. feel like part of the family there .. its a weekly stop for me and my family.. wonderful delight.. wat more can i say...
