Excellent food great staff lovely atmosphere definitely value for money

Food quality I'd say was average but service was quick.

Good choice of food and good service too. Location is close to where we live.

This was our second visit to OkamiEverything was great at the beginning but then we had an issue waiting for two of our dishes we had ordered. We waited for over 20mins and approached the desk for our order twice before we got it. The person who was also looking after our table, had completely stopped coming around to check on us altogethet. Not sure whether they were short of staff but service was disappointing on Saturday night before Mother's Day.

Had to order some dishes twice to get them once but as we don’t pay by the dish it seemed ok. A long wait when the things you order don’t arrive

All the food are exceptionally good except that the salmon was not very fresh and a bit dry.

Was a great experience, especially after lockdown. Food was good and wait time on dishes was moderately slow (could be due to sitting later than other tables) but steadily arrived. Customer service was satisfactory for a buffet style establishment.
