The service was fast right from the front door with a very friendly reception. Their sophisticated digital ordering system works superbly, and swiftly served! Every dish had an abundance of flavour that was very memorable and cooked to perfection. An overall excellent dining experience and would love to visit again! Highly recommended restaurant.

We had a staff social function, most of us had Okami before, everything was straight forward. Everyone loves Sushi, Sashimi, Miso etc. It was a very positive night for all the participants. We were glad Okami could still provide us with great service. Thank you.

Food took a while to come out and the orders we made for our table they decided in the kitchen how it was served we order 2 miso steaks and 2 teriaki steaks when they brought it to the table it was half n half on one plate and the orders were wrong they brought out 3 of the teriaki chicken when we didn’t even order it food was good but overall experience wouldn’t come back here again just my experience

Food quality is fantastic as well as options. Service was great but my parents struggle with ordering on their mobile phone so please provide physical menus to older people. Thank you for a fantastic night.

The service was very good and the food that was presented looked fresh and tasted great. For an all you can eat restuerant the overall experience we had was mutch better than we have had at other simular type resturants. We will be rebooking again.

We have been to Okami in Sunbury many times and the food is delicious. At Hoppers Crossing the food just isn’t the same quality or as flavoursome. The service wasn’t terrible but wasn’t good either.

Great place for family. So much easier now ordering on phone.

The menu has changed a little. No eggplant salad. Might consider revisiting. As a vegetarian there isn't much choice and most of the food is fried. Fresh veg options would be good. Something I ordered didn't come out like miso soup and serves of gyoza. The price has also gone up AGAIN....

We won't be coming back. The ridiculous 15% loading has turned us off totally. The meal cost us an extra $40 and other than someone bringing the food out, there was little to no service. The real disappointment was that not all of the orders were complete with what was ordered and some of the hot meals were dry and cold, plus some of the cold dishes were dried out as though having been in storage for an extended period of time and very disappointing.

I took my daughter out for her birthday dinner. Okami was her choice. We both enjoyed the food very much, which was served sooner than expected. The experience was tarnished due to our table being extremely close to another couple, so privacy was an issue. Also, on payment, when I told the staff member my daughter was 12, turning 13 the next day, she glared at my daughter as she assessed her age. (My daughter is tall for her age, however). We weren't believed and were asked for ID, which 12 yr olds don't carry. We were then told it's under 12 for children, which isn't what I had read. My daughter was embarrassed, so we left, paying for two adults.

We love Okami, first time at hoppers crossing and we had a very positive experience. The staff were attentive, the food and drinks were fast to be served and delicious. all patrons were seated with a nice distance between all, not crammed in one section like some places do.

It was nice, the food was awesome and beautifully made, but we had some issues with food that we didn’t order being put on our plate and the servers were slightly off as well, the food element is awesome but the service isn’t the best to be honest, they’re kinda js running around plopping things onto the taboe

dont love the new ordering system as it was difficult for my elderly parents to order, food is great though.
