The service was very poor: - some food we ordered didn’t come - orders came wrong - the lady who was taking the orders gave us wrong information about dishes, and was not friendly - our booking was for 12 people and they wanted to squish us on a table for 8 - waiting time for some dishes was unacceptable

service was a bit slow and food we ordered was never delivered. When we told the waitress we never got it she said she would get it and never did.

The food was amazing but the service was absolutely shocking! The amount of time’s I had to remind them about food we ordered and they still took a very very long time bringing it out after they said they would “check on it”. I don’t think I’ll be coming back any time soon. So disappointing Okami Hoppers Crossing.

Twice visited and happy to go again. Staff are all brilliant. So friendly, helpful, fast and polite...we love them. Noise level not good, even for such a busy place. The food- exceptional. Great choice, fresh, flavorsome and hot.

The place is always packed so book ahead, The food is plentiful since it is all you can eat and it is tasty to boot. Those that like Japanese foods will love it here.

Food was excellent. Was a little slow to gain attention of waiting staff to take your order.

Booked in advance well over a week for a special occasion of dinner for 2. The table was so small and the area we were seated was so crammed in. Ask the lady for a more private area which there were quite a few available and she replied they were booked already and walked away. We were so disappointed and left. First experience was bad and never going back!

excellent food and service, love the booking for a session as it means you get seated straight away. Only thing is that its a bit loud. However, less talking more eating :)
