Food was great as always, but staff try to get you to use a qr code and use your phone to order now. I didn't use it and ordered with the staff and a couple of dishes and a drink was missed.

Food came in random order and some of it over an hour and sushi was old and gross Little disappointed as this used to be my favourite place but quality has dropped significantly

The new QR menu was not the best. We didn't get everything we ordered. We do love eating here and will be back.

The new ordering process using an app on your phone makes it much easier. Food is always great.

It was a good place with a large variety of Japanese food; we tried an all-you-can-eat buffet, which was table service. Although the menu wasn't clear on what was involved, the staff were helpful. The sushi and starters were freshish while the mains could do with more variety and taste. The all you can eats buffet is fine but does not include any beverages or teas

Very few waiting staff on duty, a long time for them to action any requests. Some of the food was not cooked, still cold in the middle….wont be coming back in a hurry….

The worse service, very unfriendly staff, not helpful at all, the food wasn’t too bad except some of it was cold or not cooked properly. When we told the staff they didn’t care less. Very disappointing, last time I came it was so good.

I didn't realise that Okami uses MSG in the food. I felt really sick after eating here due to the MSG and I won't be eating here again.
