Okami – Mawson

Amazing food, staff were very freindly. Great value for money ,although the byo corkage was expensive.

It was a quiet night, but as always the food, service and atmosphere were amazing 🙂 Can't wait to go back again..

The wait time for a less than busy time was completely unreasonable. The staff kept pressing us to order more food despite not having received the previous order. We were left waiting for quite a bit of the ordered food when we were ready to leave. The only saving grace was the drinks were quick to be delivered but everything else was in shambles and unless remedied I won't return.

I feel things were hit and miss in particular when it came to the warmth of the food. Most of the food served was luke warm. Lots of chipped edges on crockery which I feel is unacceptable and very unhygienic. The restaurant itself looks grubby and shabby in places. I would not go back again. Did not represent good value even for an all you can eat establishment.

The sushi was dry, the food was very different from the menu picture, and there were two pieces of green leaves in the beef salad

Thank you for a lovely night however, some of our orders went missing/didn't arrive. I'm putting this down to a very busy Fathers Day!

Omg...definitely coming back here. Absolutely great value..I have spent more at Sushi Train restaurants. I think we tried 80% of the menu. I didn’t seen any food wastage whatsoever and for me that was a plus. Thank you Okami.

Good food, didn’t have to wait long at all to be served

Loved the food. We were overcharged in price as we had 2 seniors with us, but it didn’t matter as the food was well worth it. Had to wait 1/2 hr for drinks and to order, but the food wasn’t too long after that. Great value for money and will definitely be back. 😊

Very confronting when told to eat all the food served but I think it is an excellent idea not to waste since there are those who have no food to eat. So no wasted food left on the table & challenge you to order only what you can eat.
