Great food and really lovely staff. Food service was really fast. A good place to take a group of friends to try different foods as they are share plates.

The air conditioning was not good, so I felt hot during our meal time.

Good value for food. You order per plates and sometimes it takes a while but it’s ok, worth it!

Got plenty of parking. A good option after a day long shopping in Westfield Parramatta. Not far from Parramatta.

I found it actually good value. The only complain I have is when you order, you can't specify the size. So if only 1 person wants it and you are dining with 5 others, the dish will come out enough for 6 people which if you eat all of it then you won't be able to try other food.

It was a busy night but we were seated promptly by attending staff at Reception desk after checking our reservation. We have been a few times at Okami Silverwater previously and the food was nice as usual, and welll-portioned but the servers were maybe busy and the food we ordered were not promptly brought out unlike in the past times we visited. I was cancelling the last dish we ordered because it still hadn't arrived by the time we were almost finished eating so it was quite disappointing.

Their service went down.. it’s impossible to get a server’s attention even using their new service card, and when I do get their attention, they physically ignore me or don’t take my order? I waited 30 minutes for dessert because the server didn’t end up putting my order through. And when I asked another server she gave us the wrong order, lack of spoons, and continue avoiding our table for the rest of the night. I’m so disappointed.

Great experience at Okami, would definitely recommend and we’ll visit again.

It is good. The food was great. The only thing that I don’t like is the scan if u need to order. In my opinion, I like the old ways u do.

Restaurant atmosphere was nice. Food came out quickly and service was good.

Beautiful location, nice service, not too expensive for a Japanese all you can eat, nice selection on platters even if I would like to suggest a sashimi platter in a separate dish and with different selections of fish and not just salmon.

Appalling service. Impossible to get staff attention. First tried sitting 5 of us on a table not capable of seating 5 people. Order was through a QR code, we ordered more than one serving of a particular item (many times) and only one serving came out. Asked multiple times for table water, napkins, chopsticks before they were brought out.

Food was good but service was slow and with mistakes. Had no way of checking what orders were pending as they were submitted through the phone - this really needs an improvement to show what was ordered, delivered and pending. A couple of dishes missed being delivered and often the table was empty of food due to the slow service.
