It was my 61st birthday and the first time me and my family had been to your restaurant it was amazing thank you

we had to raise our hands to get more to order, we even placed the red table service sign on, but still had to raise our hands to get noticed. food was amazing. great communication with making the booking and changing number of people to attend. great work Okami Sunbury.

the resturant was very hot dont think the air con was working considering it was 33 degress outside drink service was very slow we had to ask for our drinks 3 times was not the best experience we have had there

Well we have eaten at incredible restaurants through out Australia but your restraunt is fresh food, healthy food we are vegetarians so enjoy your experience, your staff are beautiful, so friendly and helpful and polite your lady who manages is amazing she is AAA

Even though we had an early dinner booking, our wait times for table service was far too long! I had to get the waitresses’ attention to order our drinks and food on a number of occasions. However, I appreciate that the restaurant was rather busy with group bookings, but when first seated, waiting staff should have taken our drinks order straight away rather than have a long wait time!

The food was delicious. However the service was slow. We only had the option of ordering twice, empty plates were left on the table for over an hour. At my local Okami they are constantly checking if you want to order more and as soon as you are done the plates are cleared. I will not be selecting Sunbury Okami again.

We were a big group and we were served efficiently. Food was delicious.

My 9 year old grandson enjoyed it more than me, l was disappointed with the steak dish l ordered ,it was dry and all mattered together ,so l couldn’t separate it to eat it the other dishes were nice but overall l think paying $75 with 2 drinks not alcoholic wasn’t worth it. I have been a few years ago to a Cranbourne Kami and l thought there were more dishes on the menu. It was very busy on Saturday, the staff were attentive, but for me l think l would rather go to a restaurant that isn’t so rushed l am not really a fan of all you can eat for a certain price, so probably won’t return.
