Okami - Sunbury

Can't wait to return with my family. Great experience overall.

Took over 40 minutes just to get dessert, staff was rude, overall you'd only go here if your desperate for cheap disgusting Japanese food...but I guess the price should of been enough to set the standard of food n service....which was cheap...what an embarrassment to Japanese food.

Great variety of food and quality, also an excellent service

The food is great and the service is fast. We went with a group so it felt a bit rushed because we had to be out by 7.30pm.

I love this restaurant, the food and staff are amazing everytime i go. Took first timers last night and it was a great experience.

We always love eating at Okami and were excited to try out Sunbury for a new venue. It was a new spot but the same amazing Okami food and experience, can't wait to come back!

Great value for money-soo much food. It wasn’t the best japanese I’ve had but it was okay-very busy though and you have to grab a waiter while you can to get your order in

Our main waitress was very polite and attentive. The food was really tasty and the kids loved it too.

New restaurant was obvious with great decor and table settings. Young wait staff were attentive, informative and friendly. Food was outstanding, both quality and menu selection. Despite the all-inclusive situation, staff were regularly returning to the tables and orders were delivered promptly. Couldn't rate this experience highly enough.

First off I would like to say, before visiting this location, okami has been one of my favourite places to have dinner at other locations. However after this visit unfortunately we will not be returning. We waited for 40 minutes to be served upon arrival, then finally when a waitress arrived (we were ordering for a table of 4) we were told that we “weren’t aloud to order more”, The waitress was Very rude. We waited for 40 mins for our food only to realise that we didn’t get everything we ordered, and when we wanted service we waited about an hour to be served again. Food was not on par with the other stores and was given a wine menu that we couldn’t use due to the establishment not having a license. If you don’t have a licence don’t give a wine menu. and unlike the other locations, for some odd reason this venue didn’t have a card machine and only allowed guests to pay with cash. I myself have been a waitress before and worked in in many food places and I would have never spoken to guests the way this waitress did. She was the rudest waitress I have ever encountered. I will not be returning and will be leaving this review on a public platform to let others know of the horrible service, wait time and food.

Really impressed, food was great and the all you can eat style is pretty good value. It’s a little expensive $35 per adult, $20 for kids, but getting the variety and as much as you like is very good. Staff were very attentive, kids were happy.

We had a great night good food service was great can't wait to go back.
