Very friendly staff indeed, we enjoyed the food & atmosphere👍

Food was delicious. Smaller portion sizes for some items than I have had before, which just meant I ordered more!!!! A couple of items not available but generally good food and good service

Excellent food with the All you Can Eat arrangement suiting our booking. Loud atmosphere at times due to the configuration of tables. Order via ipad and receive the meals was easy with a group, never recieved some dishes though.

We have been to Okami Sutherland over 5 times and this would have to be the most disappointing. It took forever to get our food and some ordered dishes didn’t even turn up. We waited over 40 mins for drinks and even had to ask 3 wait staff. I ended up walking up to the counter to ask. Foods we didn’t order turned up as well. Even though the restaurant was almost full the service was so slow. Hopefully they can employ more staff and provide a quicker turnaround.

Food took a long time to arrive, and some didn’t arrive at all. It was tasty though, in the staff were nice.

Food was incredible. If you are looking for somewhere quiet and chilled maybe not your place. Lights were way too bright, very plain with no plants or decor to absorb noise so very noisy and under staffed. But the food was delish and staff were friendly. I will Uber eats next time.

Great food and very good service. Staff are very friendly and efficient.

The food was great. No complaints at all. It really was good value. I would say that there is very little atmosphere and noise levels were awful. we had trouble even hearing the guy trying to explain how things worked. We had one in our group with dietary requirements and these were met well.
