Fantastic night, great night food & atmosphere will be back.

I came to the restaurant with a group of 7 other people, we were happy with the service however, myself and my group all suffered food poisoning later that night, since that was the only place we ate as a group and all experienced the same immense stomach pain and sickness we concluded that it was in fact the restaurants food. Unfortunately because of this I will not be returning.

The food was great, staff were awesome. But food delivery was a little slow and some of our orders never came, had to chase up a few times to see were the food was.

Friendly staff and delicious food. Would highly recommend this restaurant to others.

Food was excellent but unfortunately staff where not really up to the task, beer arrived without a Glas and I needed to ask for one and then wait for it to arrive. Maindish arrived before Entree and waitress was supprised I wanted it before the main dish. Staff could not comprehend I wanted the Entree first followed by the main dish! Was ask several times what I was waiting for. Eventually the Entree arrived but then I had to ask and wait for my Main dish wich eventually arrived.

Great service and great food. The wasabi doesn't pack a punch like I am used to but all the other food was really fresh and great.

We are not happy because there is a limit on beef carpacio dish, 3 per order. We have 6 people but only 3 allowed. When we tried to order again the second time it never came until we had to ask the staff at the end. It’s buffet all you can eat so why do you limit the food. Even the ice cream and desert, sold out we have to ask staff. We are very disappointed and not happy, we don’t think we would back again.

Six of us had a great evening. The food and service were excellent. We enjoyed our time there and we'll do it again.

Delicious food. The all you can eat is literally all you can eat. Staff friendly and helpful.

We ordered all you can eat and not everything came out. We ordered 2 Miso and the waitress insisted that we had ordered 8. We ended up sending 4 back to the kitchen. The waiting staff did not seem to know what was ordered and did not really seem to care.

Amazing food and great service. Well priced too. Loved it. Will definately be back. I am a little deaf, so the ambient noise reflecting off of the wooden floors, walls and roof is deafening. Some sound dampening on the ceiling/walls would be a great idea but other than that it was great. Thak you. Please don't close, the paper said Sutherland is too close?

Have been during quieter times and have always had a wonderful dining experience, this time was no different. It was much busier, but the food, the service and the options where still as good as ever. Well done and thank you for a great dining experience. This was my partners first time and he enjoyed the experience.

Wanted to try before it closed - was ok, not bad but not the greatest

Great customer service experience under the guidance of manager, Ming, in this Okami restaurant. The place was a little noisy with families and kids but the friendly, ever smiling staff were fantastic. Will definitely visit again.

Excellent staff and food was delicious, plenty to choose, seriously no limit on All You Can Eat. They kept offering more. Definitely going back. Only disappointment was the ice cream was in a little plastic tub, not a scoop on a dish. No drama, yummy.

We waited far too long for food to arrive. the sitting is for 2 hours and we reached the end of our sitting without having received at least 6 dishes that we ordered when we first arrived. This meant we had to stay for an extra hour to wait for food, which we had to re-ordewr, and even then not all the plates came out. We ordered an additional 6 plates and only 3 arrived. I love the food but they need to be bringing out everything ordered.

Great food great service. Portions were small but who cares when you can order all you can eat. They also catered well to my gluten free daughter! I would definitely go back!

I understand that it was a busy day being Father's Day but continually having to ask for our food that we had ordered and then having to re-order it again was disappointing.
