So basic - no implacable experience. Food was just so so and pricey. Better cook at home I must say or get from sushi shop instead.

Atmosphere was great, we were served by a waiter very quickly and ordered drinks which turned up within minutes, but then had to flag down a waiter after about 15-20 minutes so that we could order food. Having said that the food was delicious and fresh. A very popular place to meet up with friends over a casual meal.

Always love Okami's! Food is great, staff are lovely and attentive. Only negative thing would be that the music was too loud.

Everything was awesome except I'm in a wheelchair and couldn't access the bathroom as the hallway is full of spare chairs and high chairs.....pretty crappy actually. Otherwise all good

Great meal as always. A little disappointed with the staff. Drinks took way too long to be delivered (25mins after we placed the order) and we felt like they were rushing us out the door as soon as it hit 9pm. Overall, it won’t stop me from going back but I might just stick to the table water and ignore the staff sweeping around our table as we eat.

Great meal, although did take a bit to order. Usually never an issue, so I’d say this was a once off. Hasn’t stopped me from going back.

Delish meal. Always hot and fresh. Some of the younger staff could do with a little personality. Sour faces do not equal happy diners.

It was our first visit, we really enjoyed our food (we went for all you can eat) and drinks, service was excellent even though the restaurant was very busy. We would recommend it to family and friends and are certain to visit again.

The service was absolutely disgusting. Not only were we left for an hour between having our first meal brought out and our order taken again (or anyone coming to ask us if there was anything we needed), a waitress dropped a plate of food beside my chair not long after we sat down and never cleaned it up (it was still there when we left), and multiple waitresses weren't in uniform wearing tracksuit pants and open-toes sandals. It was, by far, the worst experience I have ever had there - or any restaurant.

the service was fast, you don't have to wait a long time for your food to arrive, and the waiters was always asking us if we are ready to order again

food was really delicious with a variety of taste as the Japanese say Oishii

Food was great Paying the bill was ridiculous, instead of everyone paying for their meals and drinks, you not allowed. Only one person is allowed to pay for the complete table. Pretty hard when people have cash,card,zippay ect. It very annoying transfer cash so one person pays, keep track of what soft drink and alcohol, to each person. to who order what was annoying. Having table 9. Didn't help Good experience, but wouldn't go again with a large booking and was annoying WARNING please be aware one person will have to pay the complete bill of the table.

Always love the food, price has gone up but still worth it. However only limiting one icecream per person now, when it used to be unlimited. Staff are great :)

As always we love coming to dinner at Okami. Food is great only thing is it’s always cold they need to turn aircon down or off.
