Okami – Traralgon

Great place. The staff were friendly and attentive. It was very busy but the food just kept coming, staff always on hand to take more orders. Food is great. Only down side was we were seated right next to the open kitchen door and the breeze way to the toilets. A bit to noisy and busy to really be a relaxing experience. Constant traffic past our table to the toilets. Next time I would request a table away from the kitchen.

It took half an hour to get our first drink, then we were rushed out quite early. The rice was a bit crumbly but overall the food was nice.

Food was good but tables are too close together felt very uncomfortable as you can’t talk without hearing everyone’s conversation and no social distancing

I love Okami's, but tonight seemed like there was only one staff member taking the orders, when usually there's a few. So there was a bit of wait time. Overall great food and service as always :)

Waited 20 minutes for anyone to come to the table and take orders even after being waived down while all other tables were half way through their meals. Drinks took 55 minutes to come..

Loved it, the service is excellent and the food is hot and fresh and just keeps coming for as long as you want it.

Staff were friendly but the service was very slow and the staff need more training on the floor and the menu and how to take orders and deliver what was ordered.

My partner and I love going to Okami's. Great food, great service. Sometimes the noise levels are too high. This specific time they had music playing in the kitchen (bit too loud) and in the restaurant and it was clashing. But all in all, we love coming here.
