Food was great Service was okay - need more staff clearing tables. Or get bigger tables. We were constantly having to try and stack our dishes as there was no room to enjoy the dining experience. We had a spare seat on the end to stack them on but that filled up. Staff couldn't even get to that corner and so we had to pass it all down to other endnfor them to clear. Quite warm in the dining area and so need to make sure there is plenty of water. We had 3 adults 2 children getting one bottle a t a time constantly having to annoy the waitresses for morem

The portion sizes were small I am hard of hearing, and after letting the server know, she spoke quieter instead of louder. If it wasn’t for my wife, who was able to help, I would have left.

First time and won’t be the last time! Really enjoyed the evening!

First time visit for my birthday and we were very happy with the evening

2.5 hours, missing plates of food, couldn't even get water bought to the table, 4 dinners at a total cost of $210. When we let the staff know of our experience we were offered $9 off the bill. Very very disappointing, especially when my family save up our money to dine out once every 2 months. Staff did not really care that we had such a terrible time, kept making excuses. Could of cried. 0 out of 10.

Great Japanese buffet. Easy ordering using the QR code and we didn’t have to wait long for food. Food came out fresh and delicious.

Food still great & fresh however the QR code ordering takes away from the dining out experience imho

The food was cold, the things that should have been cool were warm, we ordered food that never arrived and if we ordered one thing multiples of that dish arrived at the table

Food was nice, I wish the ordering off your phone would tell you what had already been ordered/delivered to your table as it was stressful ordering for the table and some requests from fellow diners were missed but we were hesitant to order again incase the order had gone through.

Enjoy it every time. Will be back again, awesome for family dinner.

Service is slow. Portion sizes are small requiring you to continuously order food and wait for it to arrive.

Only one word.Terrible. Beef cold. Chicken raw. Other food mostly horrible. A very bad experience

The wait staff were willing to assist and help, however,very short staffed with food being served only just warm. The last dish to arrive was delicious and hot but was the first dish ordered. We had to ask three time for it being the prawn gyoza.

Started well, but then we just didn’t get any meals. Only one serve of our mains came in the two hour window. Ordering from the phone app is terrible. Need more staff on the floor. We eat there often and this was the worst experience.

Absolutely amazing food. It was our early Christmas lunch and we all left very satisfied and very happy. They have a new system with a QR code to order, but we like the old way with the Lady taking our order on the iPad. The customer service is fantastic. Thank you Okami 🍽️🎄

Amazing food. The all you can eat option is amazing as u can choose what u want off the menu. Great friendly service and the robot that delivers your food was a great, fun touch.

The food was yum, and the ordering system was easy to use.

We arrived later than expected for the booking but staff were very accommodating.

It was a little loud and busy, however our food came out quickly and our waitress was very helpful.

The restaurant was fairly quiet and food tasted very fresh.

10/10 for the meals, atmosphere and staff. Will definitely be back.
