Extremely happy with the service and quality of food 😋

Food was lovely and fresh and the service was very quick, missed one or two things that we ordered but they were very busy, overall loved it and would go back :)

The staff were really attentive and polite and the food was amazing as always! We have been multiple times and it seems to be better every time which I didn’t think was possible, I highly recommend this restaurant and we will keep coming back! Thankyou so much!!

This was a mostly disappointing experience given the positive reviews for Omasa and we went for a special occasion. We found the overall service was disappointing from the moment we walked in - no clear direction on whether to wait to be seated, long wait times to be served and after asking for assistance to order twice there was still extensive delays in being able to order more food. We did not find this was good value for money given the small serving sizes and the delays in receiving food. One of our group got so frustrated they walked out (yes we still paid for them) and we could see other customers felt the same. My suggestion would be to order a lot of dishes immediately.

Fantastic food and drinks. As it was Valentine’s Day it was expectedly busy but food came out consistently, with a great selection to choose from. Our only complaint was more than once our food initially got taken to the table next to us and vice-versa, but this was quickly rectified each time. Will definitely be back in the future.

The service was great when we first arrived as there were not very many people in yet. As it for busier the wait became longer and things were forgotten. The noise level was a bit high as well. The food was nice.

It's the most exciting restaurant we have been to in a long time! Great menu, great food and great staff! We've been to Japan a few times and this is definitely the place to go! Love it!

Great restaurant, lovely quick and efficient staff, food was great and turn around was quick even though they were booked out at busy slot time. Even went as far to contact me as requested if and early slot became available. The accommodated as and overall VERY HAPPY across the board

Could not fault the food and speedy service. Everything was incredible, the flavours and freshness of the food were amazing. Service was fast and friendly. Value for money is also a huge win for the amount we got to eat. Very happy and will return!

The food was okay, great service which was lightning quick, great to bring a baby along as you can be in and out quickly. Small menu, felt the items didn’t taste or look appetising. Best part was the ice cream for me. Great location just up from the Joondalup hospital.

It was good, just missing a couple of different sushi rolls according to the menu. So had to ask for them. Overall amazing value.

While i did encounter an unfortunate encounter with one of the meals, the staff and the overall experience was absolutely amazing, even the staff were worried about what happened and helped me as much as they can. Will come back again in the future.
